Recent Review: He did a good job, but then we had another issue with another leak in a downstairs toilet that leaked into our garage ceiling. We used a different plumber because we weren?t able to get a hold of Beverly Services then. He said he was unable to go further with it because of the way it was installed. He said he?d have to cut the pipes and do a coupling to fix it. He wasn?t able to actually fix the problem unless we had him go in and do that. He was following whatever their rule was, but another plumber said something slightly differently. He had said that the builder had not installed things correctly. We only had to pay a flat fee because he didn?t fix anything and only assessed it. It was under Home Owner?s Insurance. I cannot complain about the fee. I got two different explanations about the way the builder had installed it.

Recent Review: I could not be more pleased with the professionalism of Lenny and Zack who came to our home to do some work for us. Lenny called within a week after I chose them on Angie's List (on a Friday evening I might add) and gave me an approximate date when he would make the trip down and a week later called back, scheduled the day and time and was right on time! Very pleasant to talk to and having had so much trouble finding competent people in our are to complete tasks ranging from simple to a little more complicated, I have the confidence in Duct Commander to look no further when I need something done. I already plan to have them come back to lay some hardwood flooring down.

Recent Review: My plaster dining room ceiling gave way and crashed onto my combo living/dining room hardwood floor. Chris was there right after the collapse and was able to rearrange his schedule so the he and the crew arrived the next day to tear down the rest of the ceiling that did not collapse and begin the process of installing a new ceiling. They hauled away the huge mess of a double plaster ceiling and coped with the mess of an old house that had been heated with coal. All aspects of the work were of the highest quality and he was able to finish ahead of schedule. I'm still working with my insurance company about the amount they'll pay and Chris has been very helpful in dealing with a reluctant adjustor.

Recent Review: I'm in the midst of a couple bathroom remodels and needed some help with drywall work. Rick and his crew were great and fit my project in with very little advance notice. They showed up on time, performed the work on schedule and charged the quoted price. The work looks great and they even cleaned up as they left. I've already lined them up for the next project.
