Laurie was fantastic to work with, she came to our home multiple times to consult with us on design and ensure we chose the right products and colors to meet our needs. She was always on time, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. Her prices were very reasonable for what we got (custom window treatments in nearly the entire house), and everything turned out beautiful and high quality. We would highly recommend Laurie and will use her again if needed in the future.

Nest Expressions was one of three such companies I contacted to provide information for replacing 12 year old window blinds. I was thinking shutters but was open to other options. The owner, Mr Klein, visited my house & brought a full array of sample products. He demonstrated the products & explained the differences, pros & cons. When it was all said & done - I opted for my original plan to have shutters installed. I then had to decide among the three vendors as they each were able to provide shutters. I decided to use Nest Expressions as I preferred their product best among the three options. I did not want white + I didn't want a real wood product, so my only option was the Hunter Douglas product sold by Nest Expressions. These were a tad more $$ than I was budgeting for this project so I kept the other options in mind while working with Nest Expressions. In my dealings I was told that the sales tax is handled different for shutters as they're an installed product that becomes a permanent part of the structure. Mr. Klein looked into it on his end & it resulted in a cost reduction, so I decided to move forward. I also liked the fact that the Hunter-Douglas product had the shortest lead time & is USA-made. The Chinese product had twice the lead time & a different USA-made product had a longer manufacturing time. Once I decided to get them, I wanted them as quickly as possible. Mr Klein returned & measured each window specifically even though 5 of 6 were visually identical. He said the factory can make slight tweaks if there are size variations. I also posed a new question - was it possible to get a different frame color than the shutters color? I was told that the manufacturer won't do it. I was a bit disappointed, especially since my choice was the non-wood option - I would have preferred a white frame, but I went ahead with the order. I liked the composite material better since it requires less care than real wood & is not subject to warping. Once the shutters arrived, I was contacted for an installation date. The guys showed-up on time & worked quickly. They were neat & cleaned-up any debris. They also took away my old blinds. After the installation, Nest Expressions agreed to delay processing of my 50% balance due by a few days, so that my credit card would kick over to the next billing cycle, helping me spread out my recent purchases to better align with my income stream.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I called to get a shutter put on our front door about a week before Irma. While the shutter hadn't come in yet Lance made sure our front door was secure with shutters. No money has been exchanged yet and everything has been verbal due to circumstances. He even checked on our home after the storm and sent us pictures. This is the kind of person I like to do business with. A kind, honest, man of his word. We've had Bill at our house about 4 times to install shutters. We weren't satisfied with the shutters on one occasion and Bill took them back no questions asked and installed the correct shutter upon arrival. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone looking for shutters.

Chris and his team were great! They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. The new shutters and painted front door look fantastic! We know that reaching the gutters is a difficult task with the way our house is situated on our property but they completed the work without any issues. Chris even noticed that we needed another area of the exterior painted and he took care of this job too! We will definitely call on Sweet Success again for any handyman work that is needed!

Barb and her team are excellent! They provided great design help and smooth installation. They have also been quick to resolve any issues I have had along the way so that everything is perfect. I would highly recommend Blinds 2 U to anyone and will use them again myself in the future.

We're very pleased with the work of MR.HANDYMAN. Both Scott and George, who came to our house, are competent, conscientious and courteous, and Amy, the office support person, is excellent. We also were amazed that Bruce, the hard-working owner of MR.HANDYMAN, made the long drive here to help with a tricky shutter installation on the second story of the house. Overall, a fine experience!

He's very good in communicating, like a week after he had installed the laundry top, he called me to make sure everything is still okay, and good with follow-up. Once he does the job, he'll call you to make sure you're still please with it and gets back to you when you call him too. He does everything.

Jeff visited my home and showed my wife and I several options. He also went over all of the warranty information. He measured the windows, ordered the shutter and blind. The installer came and measured again to make sure shutter was correct. The shutter and blind were installed. Jeff and the installer were very courteous and professional. The Shutters look great and the blind on the sliding glass door added insulation in the winter time.

The installers were punctual, very professional and did a masterful job in removing the old vinyl shutters and installing custom shutters. The work was a bit involved because the installer had to assess the window frame, drill the strap hinges on the shutters and install the rather heavy shutters on pintels using masonry screws. The work was excellently performed and the guys could not have been nicer.

Mike was contacted to install shutters that I order through American Buyers Discount. He was prompt in contacting me in order to set up a preliminary review of the installation project. He spent several hours explaining my options, explaining the effect of my choices, and especially offering me advice on installing shutters on sliding doors. He contacted Hunter Douglas with possibilities, and he received immediate answers about his inquiries. Mike was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in his work. He did a terrific job - he was particular about his workmanship and pleasant when explaining what I did not know or did not understand. He installs other types of window treatments, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I would not have survived this project if weren't for the patience and expertise of Mike and Jeff Primis at American Buyers Discount.

Chris first came to give me an estimate, as is is protocol. After checking out the job, he suggested that I paint the old aluminum siding and to install shutters on the front of the house. I was thrilled with the results. The house looks like a totally different place. Everyone from the mailman to our neighbors and waste management have complimented us on how it looks. The real praise should go to Chris and his crew. They are always a pleasure to work with. I look forward to having him back to do more jobs. There is always something to do. Chris even points out things that he sees that I sometimes don't think about. I highly recommend him.

Chris really helped us out in a pinch. The shutters flew off two days before many relatives were visiting for the holidays. He was very accommodating and responsive. In fact, he ended up coming out to hang the shutters on the same day that I called. He did an excellent job and got the shutters back up without any issues. We will definitely call Chris again for other work around the house.

Excellent. They checked every shutter in the house, not only one I called them for repair, found the problem with another one, I was not aware about, and fixed that one two. I had to wait about a week before they came, but it well worth it.

We are pleased with the quality of the product sold to us as well the installation of the blinds and shutters.
