I went to Ceramic Tile Sales and More already knowing what kind of tile we wanted. We made an appointment for Jeff to come out and take measurements to give us a bid on the installation and the tile for the installation. Jeff showed up on time, took measurements and got the bid to me the next day. We accepted their bid and the tile and grout were ordered. We had to wait for the new countertops to be installed before the tile work could be done. Jeff kept in contact with me during the wait to make sure that they were ready to do our work as soon as we were ready. Bob showed up to do the install at 8:30. He drop clothed the area between our entry and kitchen, and put drop cloths down over the entire kitchen and countertops. He had to move the fridge and stove, and even had a smart method to do so to prevent any damage from just sliding them on the floor. He did a great job with the installation and the grouting. It took him the full day and he even stayed later to make sure that our job was fully complete that day. He cleaned everything up and explained what we needed to do for maintenance. It took two days with almost two weeks in between due to my failure to make sure we had all the trim necessary. (Always check your boxes, before you book your professional.) The job was done to spec and the quality excellent. I will definitely use this provider again.

Michael did an AMAZING job with our kitchen backsplash. We wanted to use a style of tile that is particularly challenging to install (old-fashioned rectified subway tile with super thin grout) in an old house where all is not perfectly level and square. I chose Michael to do the work in large part because other Angie's List reviewers commended his attention to detail and the level of care he brings to his work. Michael was courteous, responsive, and professional at all times. The job ended up taking a fair amount longer than he had originally estimated, but I was so grateful that he never seemed frustrated or started to rush the work. He knew that we were not in a hurry, and that the precision and quality was more important to us than timing. He was very thoughtful and deliberate in planning out the pattern of the tile. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the end result. I'm a very detail-oriented person, and throughout our recent kitchen renovation, Michael is the one contractor that I felt absolutely no hesitation that he wouldn't take shortcuts, and that his standards were as ridiculously high as mine can be. ;) I knew that when he faced a challenge, he wouldn't just throw something together to get by...he would carefully think through all the possible solutions, then choose the one that he felt best suited the needs. When I got home, he talked to me about any difficult areas (rather than leaving things for me to discover later—although with his solutions, I doubt I would have ever noticed anything) and showed me his work to make sure I agreed with his approach. He cleaned up after himself each day, and at the end of the job made sure he was not leaving any mess behind. The final price was at the high end of what he'd estimated the job might cost, but given the amount of time he put in to the job—and to making sure every tile was placed and quot;just soand quot;—I felt that the cost was fair and completely reasonable. Highly, highly recommend Michael for any tiling job, and can't wait to see what he can do on our bathroom renovation when we get around to it! Thanks, Michael!

Service was pretty good, folks were nice. It was a little tough to get scheduled and they weren't really clear about when they were showing up.

Hunter and company did an excellent job. Very professional. On time and extremely neat. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Kitchen looks great!

I spoke with a gentleman from Minnick on 4/18 regarding a kitchen backsplash project. I was told that I would receive a call back during the week of 4/21 to schedule an estimate visit. During the week of 4/28 I received a voicemail from a woman stating that they were too busy to take on my project. Around 5/9 I received a call from a gentleman stating he was hired to help with the backlog of work at Minnick. I was promised a call the following week to schedule an onsite appointment for the estimate. As of 5/27, I still have not heard back from anyone at Minnick.

After contacting McClelland Home Maintenance through Angie's List, a representative from the provider came to my home to do an estimate for a kitchen backsplash in late April. After reviewing the work to be performed, I was promised an estimate the following week. One month later, I still haven't heard back from them. This was a complete waste of my time. On a positive note, on the phone and in person, the people I spoke to were professional. It's unfortunate that they did not follow through with their commitment.

Great! Would highly recommend. Robin was very helpful, we felt with her help that we chose just the perfect materials for our project. Todd did an excellent job installing flooring and kitchen backsplash. Don and Harry did a great job on the carpet. We are very pleased with the final results.

Sent out a request and heard from Hunter three days later. Came to our house of June 18 to give us an estimate. Called him same evening to give him the job and no response. Sent him an email and and another call on June 19th. No response. Called him again on June 20th. Still no response. Called him on June 21st and said that if i didn't hear from him by the end of the day, I would hire some one else. Still no response. I just hired another person from Angie's List to do the job who answered his phone on the first call. Very disappointed in Hunter as he seemed like a very nice personable young man.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Molyneaux Kitchen Refresh program. Not only do you get the expertise and products from Molyneaux, the best flooring and tile company in the area but you get the counter tops from Vangura, the largest kitchen counter top company in the area. We had purchased flooring with Steve Porter from the Robinson Town Center store. During our consultation with him he said they were starting the new kitchen refresh program and we were so happy he mentioned it. We got personalized service and advice and we were able to see samples in your home so we could match them to the colors of our new floor and the cabinets. When it came time to pick the counter top we met the wonderful people of Vangrura at their showroom. We decided to go with a granite countertop and we were shown full 8’ x 8’ full slabs in their warehouse. We worked with their interior design consultant Nancy Drew and she provide many ideas that made our kitchen even nicer. We selected the piece of granite and before installation Vangura provide a color virtual layout using a photo of our actual selection. The selection of tile at Molyneaux for the new backsplash was incredible and we worked with Steve to select just the right size style and even the grout color during an in home appointment. The installation process was also performed with some of the best professionals. They were efficient and skilled with every part of the installation paying attention to every detail. Working with seasoned professional from both companies made our experience unforgettable. When we need new flooring in the future we will only need to make one call to Molyneaux. If you are thinking of a small or major change to your kitchen or interior you need to check with consultants at Molyneaux for the MVP experience.

Great work - fast, high quality. Very clean and neat - put everything back the way it was. My kitchen is a showplace now! Great eye for color and design - helped me pick just the right colors for the accent walls.

Randy was punctual and professional. He gave us suggestions about our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable. He used dropcloths to make sure our floor stayed clean. He had excellent attention to detail. He seems to really enjoy the work that he does.

Claimed they would have everything in stock when we were ready to pick up, yet the day we showed up, a few of the "trim" pieces were backordred, thus we had to go and get a substitute from Home Depot, which we ended up not liking as much. However, we couldn't hold up our contractor.
