Pittsburgh Window Shade Installation

We've had Bill at our house about 4 times to install shutters. We weren't satisfied with the shutters on one occasion and Bill took them back no questions asked and installed the correct shutter upon arrival. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone looking for shutters.

Jeff was responsive to my scheduling calls and the appointment was scheduled very shortly after initial contact. Jeff arrived on time and was very helpful in assisting in the selection of blinds to install in the room. The blinds showed up with one of the four being wrong. Jeff installed them very quickly and said he would be back to replace the one that was wrong. The replacement came in and Jeff returned to complete the installation. Jeff was careful in his work and cleaned up after himself. I would call Jeff again for any future needs.

I had blinds and roller shades installed in three rooms. My blinds and shades look absolutely beautiful!! The owner did a great job. She is very professional, yet personable. She knows everything there is to know about choices on colors and fabrics and how to install them. My husband loves them too! I found her on Angie's List and am so happy I called her for these services. She is the best....I will be using her again.

From the time of my first contact with Bob and Janine to the final installation day, this transaction could not have gone smoother. They are very professional and provide a superior product and service. They were very mindful of caring for my home when they were here and always removed their shoes, cleaned up after their work and made sure each blind or shutter was installed properly and functioned perfectly before leaving. They were always prompt for their appointments, and the products were delivered and installed in a timely manner, without delays. I did not do a lot of comparison pricing with other window treatment professsionals in my area before choosing Nest Expressions for two reasons. One, I have owned a number of homes and have had similar products installed in them so I knew the pricing provided by Bob and Janine was in line with past purchases in this regard and secondly, I was very impressed after our first meeting and felt very comfortable doing business with them and having them in my home. It is a pleasure for me to recommend them wholeheartedly.

I appreciated that some of the more affordable options were presented first. I knew what I wanted though so Jeff helped me choose the most affordable option in the style I chose and preferred. Punctual for both appointments; he even Installed the blinds alone and was done in 40 minutes. I didn't realize he was a one-man show until the day he installed the blinds. He is great if you could use recommendations, he's punctual, and he does quality work in minimal time. I posted a picture of my room on Facebook and received several compliments including "it looks like a bed and breakfast; book my reservation." I'm very pleased with my experience and plan to get my other bedroom completed in the near future.

Jeff is very knowledgable and gave just enough guidance on selecting blinds. Installation was quick! He is very professional yet also very friendly. The blinds look great. They were pricey, even with the Angis's Deal discount, but look great.

It's great to be able to work personally with the owner of a company. You as a customer receive undivided attention and they as an owner get to assure satisfactory results. I recently purchased a newly constructed home with lots of windows and no window treatments. A flyer was at my door one day and I called and made an appointment. The owner was very punctual and provided a very broad array of samples. As we worked our way through most of the samples, I never felt hurried or pressured to make a decision. With the purchase of a new home and a lot of windows I was overwhelmed. Instead of doing the whole house at once, the owner of the company has been very understanding and wonderful to work with in just addressing a couple of rooms at a time. The installation process was just as satisfying. A problem did occur with the product and it was promptly reordered and installed. I'm looking forward to working with Design Inspirations in the future for all my window treatment needs.

Dave returned my call the same day I called him. He asked what I needed done and we set up an appointment for the following Monday. He said he would give me an estimate and if I thought it was OK he could do the job that day. Needless to say, he did the work and was done in a little over an hour. I was very happy with Dave's work and before he left asked him for estimates on some future projects - replacing kitchen counters and re-staining my deck. I will most definitely have him do work for me again. My husband was out of town and was extremely happy that HIS jobs were done! I also emailed Dave with a question concerning flooring I am having installed and he was nice enough to give me some very good advice.
