Pittsburgh Vinyl Plank Flooring Installation

The process was easy once I decided on what I wanted. The crew arrived on time and were pleasant and efficient. They also cleaned up after the job was done . I would definitely recommend molyneaux oakmont for your flooring needs !

We initially tried to cut corners by going with a cheaper company to install our luxury vinyl plank flooring. Twice it gapped severely, so we decided to go with Molyneaux because of the high reviews of the company. Malik Vincent from the Oakmont store came to our home with samples and ensured us that Molyneaux would get the job done correctly. Our installer discovered the problem with why our floor kept shifting, and solved it, while still managing to finish a day early. My floor looks amazing!! We will always go to Molyneaux for any future flooring projects.

Molyneaux installed vinyl plank flooring and carpeting in every room in my house. Steve Porter was wonderful helping us pick out the perfect combination of colors for our house. Maria Molyneaux called also to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The installers were polite and efficient! I get so many compliments on the vinyl plank flooring especially. It’s beautiful!!!Definitely recommend!!!!

Our Molyneaux experience was fantastic and it started when we walked in the store. The Robinson showroom had every type of floor covering you could be looking for. We wanted to replace 30 year old carpet and 15 year old linoleum. This was a project that we had put off for many years. We had casually shopped the big box stores and one other flooring store but were not impressed enough to make the decision to purchase. The Molyneaux experience continued once we met Steve Porter at the showroom, we knew we had met a qualified and sincere salesman. He spent time with us to explain all the different types of floor covering from hard wood to ceramic to vinyl options. We decided on Shaws luxury vinyl plank flooring. Steve brought a dozen samples to our house to make the selection process easier and to help us see the color in the rooms where it would be installed. Steve was able to also do the measurement with a laser tool to determine the amount we needed. He was able to make the calculation and we had a price that night. He offered many options for payment including 3 year no interest. Steve made the experience simple and easy. The Scheduling of installation was easy and they were flexible to meet our schedule. We were having 3 rooms installed including new base board in all rooms and they estimated 2 days. We had a great installation crew with “Junior” as the crew chief. The installers were fast and very efficient. They arrived on time and started within 10 minutes of arriving. We were very surprised when they had the full job completed in one day. Steve followed up while they were installing and also days later to follow up on how the process went. We are very happy that we stopped to check Molyneaux and very happy we had Steve Porter as our sales consultant. If you are looking for flooring you need to start with Molyneaux and have them give you their #1 experience.

Our new floor is beautiful! The installers did a fantastic job, floor looks perfect, plus they were very respectful as they worked in our home. The 1 1/2-2 day job stretched out into 3 days (unavoidable schedule conflicts) but everyone accomodated nicely and the men worked very hard to get the job done by the end of the third day. Bob is great to work with; does NOT pressure decisions in any way, does not try to get you to spend more than you planned, and hustles to get everything in place for the job to get started. Got me larger samples of the floor we were considering so I could be sure of my choice. Responds to every phone call. Leaves you with a lovely new "swiffer"-type floor mop to keep your new floor clean. Overall, we're all very pleased.

he requested a deposit in order to schedule a date. I gave him a check for $150, which he drove to my bank and cashed within an hour of leaving my home. He cancelled the first installation date, arrived late on the second date with another helper. They entered my home through the garage without announcing themselves. We had removed all furniture from the room without being asked to with the exception of a couch. I walked downstairs to find them sitting on the couch at which time Chris barked at me that he "was not responsible for moving furniture" and that I had "gotten the wrong floor", though the flooring matched exactly what was on the work order. I left to return the flooring to get what he was newly specifying, and returned to find a note stating that he had left for lunch. he never returned. I called multiple times, asked him to return, or to return my money, and he refused and told me he "didn't give a Fxxx what I did". What I did was file a suit with my local magistrate. He does business under AA Flooring, AA Plumbing and HVAC and under his name of Chris Eltschlager. Run, do not walk, from this provider. It is an ongoing nightmare, and I am out my money until I can get a judgment.

The flooring was wonderful. Everything was done as they said it would be. The guy showed up when he was suppose. He did what he was suppose to. There was this plank that we had a problem about and they were quick to come out and do it.

Very pleased with service and installation. I have an old house were the underlying floor is very uneven, and no corners are really square. Work was done quickly and professionally, and at a great price compared to other estimates.

Wonderful! On June 6, 2016, I visited the showroom. Doug explained the difference in the flooring very well. I knew I wanted a waterproof and scratch resistant flooring. Doug allowed me to bring home 3 different samples to show my husband. We made our choice and went back to the store and made an appointment to have them come to get an estimate. We also explained that I was going to have knee surgery on June 29th, but I would be on vacation the week of June 19th and wanted to know if it would be possible to have it installed the week of the 19th. They came on June 9th to measure the room and we received the estimate on June 11th. They did let us know that it takes about 1 week for delivery. On June 14th we decided to have the floor done. We received a call and asked if they could do the floor on Tuesday, June 21st and they would be there between 3 - 3:30 pm to deliver the material and the installer would be there around 4 pm. They were all very punctual. They moved the furniture so we did not need to clear the room. The floor was installed in 4 hours, and they said that they would be back tomorrow around the same time to finish the molding and it would only take about 1 hour. The floor is wonderful, looks great and is so easy to clean. It was so nice that they took our needs into consideration and was able to complete the floor and it allowed us time to finish the painting we wanted to do and rearrange the living room before my surgery. The floor is awesome, it is a very light vinyl plank flooring with a wood grain texture. We will also be finishing our kitchen with the same flooring. We were very pleased with the work and there professionalism.

Absolute Win did a fantastic job of installing the luxury vinyl flooring that we provided. The work was professionally done and it transformed the room!

We are very pleased. My husband, the perfectionist, has discovered a few minor flaws, but overall we love the job Eric did. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Molyneaux installed premium vinyl flooring in three rooms in my home. I am very pleased with the end result. The contractors were accommodating and pleasant. I feel like I got the best deal possible. Molyneaux had lots to choose from. Shannon was a delight to work with. I would definitely call them for my next flooring project.

Our Design Consultant Debbie N. was very professional to work with. Quick installation and all workers wore masks due to Covid-19. Beautiful floors.

This is the 2nd job in under a month from Molyneaux....again, we had sales rep, Maggie, a wonderful, professional woman....we had installed LVF for our kitchen by Dane and George....looks beautiful and so well pleased...both guys were courteous and professional...install was beautiful...they laid a sample down for us to see the looks before proceeding...we so appreciated that...we are again pleased and very satisfied with Molyneaux's work....you cant go wrong with talking to this great company about your projects!
