With several pool companies in the Greensburg area that could care less about your business, ie. quoting 2-3 weeks to come for a service call, not showing up on scheduled day/time, and general poor customer service, I was not expecting any different from Village Pools in Murrysville. I had called on a Monday evening with a loss of pressure in my pool pump. The woman I spoke to told me they could be there by the end of the week. I took this appointment hoping they would actually show up. I was shocked the next morning when the men showed up at 9am. They were very knowledgable, courteous and showed me not only the problem but also how to fix it. When I tried to pay them, they told me the office would bill me. A couple of weeks later, I had water pouring out from the bottom of my heater. I called again, since they were so prompt the previous time and again the men showed up the next morning. Turns out I needed a new heater. The old one could have been fixed but they were very honest in that something else could break the next day. The part needing fixed was over $1000 and it was not worth it just to fix that. I gave the go ahead on a Tuesday. They told me it would be done sometime between the end of the week and beginning of the next. Again, I was shocked that the next day they were here and installed it. Anyone that has an inground pool knows that anything wrong with the pump or the heater and your pool sits. Can't add chemicals, clean or anything. I am very impressed with this company and would highly reccommend anyone in the Greensburg area to call them and take advantage of the ONLY pool company in this area that actually cares about their customers.
