He was very pleasant. He got the job done quickly, he wasn't condescending, and we chatted afterwards. He fixed the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong. I was shocked at the $300.00 bill, because he knew exactly what was wrong, we moved the dresser, I had the part, and he plugged in. He said "That was your problem". I gave him the money, and that was that. They had already charged me $150.00 the day before. I'm going to call them to see if they'll fix the fan (I would hope they would fix it for nothing, and wipe off the ceiling where their greasy hands were). It's over and done with, but I would still like to have the fan repaired. It works, but the remote does not work anymore.
