We wanted a cork floor and we wanted it done right so we went to a smaller flooring store instead of a big box store. They were excellent. I like the patience that they showed with me because it took me 2 months to pick out the cork floor that I wanted. The people at the store were very understanding. I was in and out and they let me take sample home which was very nice. We chose them because basically they are local and because they are just a flooring company. Instead of going to somebody that does everything like Home Depot or Lowe's, we wanted somebody that just did flooring because I did a lot of homework and from what I read the cork floor in the bigger stores is a lower grade. I wanted a higher grade. They were very responsive. I told them what day I wanted them out here and they made that work.

Rusmur Floors Carpet One Floor & Home
Rusmur was great! Laying flooring in a 151 year old house can be difficult; but all installers did a fabulous job of leveling the subfloor to accommodate the new flooring options. Heather Corey was an excellent interior designer/salesman with a good eye for color and quick matching of our wants with our needs. She secured fabrication of a new exterior threshold because the original was unusable. When the originally ordered carpet was delivered damaged, an alternate was quickly found and ordered; installation was only delayed a couple of weeks from the original date. All three teams of installers were wonderful - arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job as promised. I am very satisfied with flooring from Rusmur and will definitely use them again when refinishing the kitchen and master bath.

A & S Carpet & Flooring
A&S did a great job with our flooring. We needed to change materials after the demolition portion of the job and they were rapidly responsive. Frank researched other options and had them waiting when we arrived at the showroom. This is the 3rd time we have used them (cork flooring in kitchen, carpet in mud room and now basement floor). Excellent work each time.

INSTALLERS WERE DELAYED IN STARTING THE JOB BY A WEEK. BUT, THEY COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN TWO DAYS. THEY CLEANED THE AREA EXTREMELY WELL, GAVE GOOD ADVICE ON CARE OF FLOORING, INSTALLED FIXURES WITH NO DIFFICULTY, AND WERE VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE IN THE HOUSE. A LITTLE BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT SOME OTHER INSTALLERS WOULD CHARGE.

When we redid our old kitchen last year, I fully intended to have linoleum until my husband suggested I try cork flooring instead. After seeing the pitiful offerings of two chains in that field, we were agreeably surprised by the many possibilities Bob Klein showed us in our home. Choosing the ?Lisbon? tiles, the work was scheduled and Ben did an excellent, professional job of installing it in two days. Very pleased with it?I have back and knee problems, yet after preparing two holiday meals, felt much better than I expected to standing on the cork! We heartily recommend both that flooring choice and Nest Expressions, and will be using them on future projects.

SUBURBAN FLOORS
Our new floor is beautiful! The installers did a fantastic job, floor looks perfect, plus they were very respectful as they worked in our home. The 1 1/2-2 day job stretched out into 3 days (unavoidable schedule conflicts) but everyone accomodated nicely and the men worked very hard to get the job done by the end of the third day. Bob is great to work with; does NOT pressure decisions in any way, does not try to get you to spend more than you planned, and hustles to get everything in place for the job to get started. Got me larger samples of the floor we were considering so I could be sure of my choice. Responds to every phone call. Leaves you with a lovely new "swiffer"-type floor mop to keep your new floor clean. Overall, we're all very pleased.

The price was good but the installer was not that good. He was in a big hurry. He wouldn’t come when he was supposed to. He didn’t finish the job properly. He left big gaps on one side of the room and we had to put real wide bead of cork.

Bob and his Suburban Flooring team were amazing. We purchased our flooring from another vendor, and Suburban Flooring was kind enough to install it for us. There were issues with the flooring vendor and Bob went out of his way to make the installation go smoothly. The workers were professional and experienced and the floors turned out beautifully. We are so thankful that we chose Bob and his team to do the installation! We have already recommended him to some of our friends and we would absolutely hire him for future projects.

Recent Review: When I called for an estimate, the owner sent his skilled finish carpenter to review the project and discuss options for replacing the floor. I appreciated that he arrived exactly on time and took my preferences to heart. He devised a plan to replace the floor on the wrap-around porch without damaging the decorative trim on the posts and the hand-made railings. Of the three companies I arranged to review the project, this was the only one that was willing to approach the floor replacement without removing the posts and railings. I'm delighted with the how careful the workmen were throughout the three-week project, the fact that they cleaned the job site at the end of each day, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Although the composite decking was expensive and a french drain was added to the project to prevent run-off water from collecting under the ground-level flooring, the final cost was on par with one other estimate and significantly lower than the other. The owner, Michael Healey, came to the job site three times: he reviewed the initial proposal on his first trip, and then came on two other occasions to make sure I was comfortable with the quality of workmanship and the rate of progress. I suspect I would not have received the same personal attention from the other companies that bid on the project. With future construction-related projects, I will need to make only one call - which will be to The Healey Company.

He arrived on time everyday and worked nonstop - even several nights until 8 o'clock to make sure the job was completed on time. He professionalism was only rivaled by his skill level. We have an old house with no right angles or even surfaces, but with Josh's precision and attention to detail you'd never be able to tell. Our floors look amazing! The owner, Ron Doran stopped by to check in and was in constant contact. We will definitely use Doran Hard Services for all of our hardwood flooring needs in the future.
Recent Review: I thought they did a good job. It looks great. One of the things I liked about the man that installed the linoleum flooring is that he trimmed the bottom of the doors so that they open and closed easily with the new flooring.
Super Service Award Recent Review: I was so pleased with the installation. The workers (Matt and Brandon) were prompt and friendly and cleaned up at the end. The work was done in less than 3 days except for the backsplash. A week after installation was completed, I had a major plumbing problem not associated with the installation. My plumber had to cut a hole in the back wall under the sink to replace a leaking pipe. Matt made a piece to fit in the back to cover the hole. They went above and beyond.

Recent Review: This is the second time I have used Molyneaux for my flooring needs. 2 years ago they installed my hardwood flooring in my diningroom and livingroom. Simply a beautiful floor and excellent installation. The installers were very positive and fun! This time I am having 2 bedrooms carpeted. The sales rep was on time, even during the storms we were having and he called before he came over. Molyneaux knows and understands what good customer service is and I truly appreciate that!
