Pittsburgh Asphalt Shingle Roof Installation

Outstanding work! Could not be happier! Pat was a pleasure to work with , and the work done exceeded our expectations. Will definitely use them again for our next project.

We are very happy with our new roof. Zeke was easy to work with. He had the best price and he fit us in his schedule on short notice. The crew worked hard and after they left I couldn't find one nail in the yard. During the job they discovered a problem underneath the first layer of shingle tiles. Rather than delaying the job or trying to get a hold of me, Zeke told them to go get the extra needed materials and finish the job and make sure it looks good. He knew he would incur some extra costs that he would have to eat, but it didn't matter. The most important thing was getting the job done and making sure it looked good. Couldn't be happier.

Job went smoothly from start to finish. We contacted Buccos in mid July. Sam, sales rep., was there in a couple of days to look over the site. He explained the process and showed us sample materials to be used. We received the proposal via email a few days later and, once we signed, Chris, project manager, called to set up a date for the job. We had commitments the week they wanted to come out but they worked with us. They came on Aug 19. The crew showed up at 8 am and worked through till 6:30 pm, only stopping for lunch. Entire job was done in 1 day. The dumpster was picked up the following afternoon. Communication was great. We had both Sam and Chris' cell numbers and email addresses. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and taken care of right away. They did a great job.

I had Lifetime Roofing replace my asphalt shingle roof in early of October of 2020. Along with the roof I also wanted the gutters repaired that were leaking at the joints. In late October I had water leaking into the house between the main section of the house and the addition as well as water leaking through the joints in the gutters that they were to repair. I called and he came out in early November of 2020 and added some caulking along the flashing between the main house and the addition and took a look at the gutters. During the winter months I did not notice any more leaks between the main house and the addition but I did have some ice icicles along the gutters. In Mid-March of 2021 it started to leak again between the main house and the addition. I texted him that the roof was leaking again, and he responded that he would stop by the following week. He never showed up the following week. I have since tried several times to contact him by calling and texting with no response.

We needed an emergency repair right after a holiday weekend: in a three-story house, water was running down the wall on the 2nd floor, and there was more rain in the forecast. EAS Roofing was super-responsive: when I talked to them on Monday, they said they could come out on Wednesday. When I begged for faster service, they contacted the service team while I was on hold. It turned out that I got lucky, the team had a break in their schedule and arrived at our house less than an hour later. The leak was fixed in less than an hour, and with $20 in materials. The alternative would have gotten very ugly. Great responsiveness, also very clear communication about the hourly rate, that 90% of all repairs take less than an hour, and what timeline to expect.

Contacted Evans Roofing to repair a problem area (small leak) that I previously had another roofer out a couple of times to fix. The leak would stop after each repair but then come back after a couple of months. My initial call to Evans Roofing was returned very promptly and Phil stopped by later that day to make the repair since he was in the area and there was rain expected later in the week. It did not take Phil long to identify the problem area. He clearly explained what he thought the issue was, what my options would be and explained the previous repairs (some made by the previous owner which I was unaware of). I opted to have him quote and install a new roof since the repair section was big enough and located at the front of the house that it would be visually noticeable. I had a idea what a new roof would cost after having two done at previous houses. The quote received was far lower than expected and scheduled them on the spot. The new roof went on the next week. The installation went great. Materials arrived on time. The roofers were courteous and took their time to do the work efficiently and with attention to details. Debris was cleaned up each evening and Phil, the owner would stop by throughout the job to make sure things were going smoothly. Overall, received top notch service at a great price. Could not ask for more.

Doug and his crew worked hard and completed a challenging roof replacement within the time I expected. Of particular note was that we had a party within a few weeks of their start date. They worked late into the evening on several days to be sure that the work was done and the yard was cleaned up in time. I highly recommend Furko Construction. Also, with all the heavy rains we've had since the work was done, there have been no leaks or reasons for call-backs.

Full crew so the work was completed in one day. Very rainy summer here so I was pleased the unfinished roof was never exposed to the weather. Very respectful of my lawn and landscaping. Full clean up including picking up stray pulled nails in the lawn and landscaping. Great experience with Bucco's

He did a suburb job. He cleaned up very well. As a result of our house, he has gotten work in my neighborhood. Everyone was impressed with his work.

The roof looks great, and has been holding up under heavy rain, etc. They were done with the job in 3 days. The crew was excellent about cleaning up. I had one issue with the leak repair for the porch still leaking a small amount, and they sent somebody out after one phone call.

I hired Meredith to install a new roof on my log home. Overall, I was very pleased. They maintained excellent communication during the entire process. Estimator (Brad) was very responsive to my concerns or requests. The pricing was fair and the work professionally done and in a timely fashion. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend and use again.

The project went very well. Empire Roofing had the lowest price of three bidders but was also our first choice regardless of price. They were punctual, fast (the project was essentially completed in one day), polite, and good roofers. No payment was required until the job was completed.

Excellent. Very knowledgeable about products and applications. All work completed as promised. Professional, punctual, did superior work. The foreman came to our door and introduced himself in the beginning. He dealt with any questions and issues promptly. Crew work tirelessly for about a 13 hour day to complete the roof in one day. Cleanup was impeccable. Next day crew showed up to scrape and paint the tin porch roofs. Very pleased with "The Big Fish". Highly recommend them.

Very well. Matt showed up on time for the initial appraisal and estimate, and followed up with a former bid in exactly the manner and timing that he committed. Once a final price and terms were finalized, everything went exactly as promised. Matt brought samples early in the week, a color and style was selected and a deposit (50%) was paid. He and his crew started on the date and time they were scheduled, and stayed on the project without interruption until completed. There was one small change order at the very end of the project, which was handled professionally and in full consultation with us. Upon completion, cleanup was complete and I could barely tell that anyone had even been there. As an aside, I'd like to make particular mention of the professionalism of Matt and his crew. first of all, he had sufficient staff to handle the project, all were young men. They pretty much worked uninterrupted. My wife, who works at home mentioned that she could hear a radio, but it wasn't overbearing, and that the men talked with one another, but weren't yelling back and forth or using foul language in their talk. Decent behavior should be something that is expected and would go without saying, but I thought it notable given experiences with others.

Erie metal roofing is a predator sales , Salesman sales you roofing shingles that does not exist . After a five hour sale pitch telling how they make their own Asphalt shingles in Toledo Ohio and they are the best things made today after showing me a bunch of samples . Sales man never gave me a price on metal roofing or a price after we said we were not leaving house to the kids . A few days later I was delivered IKO shingles and that is what was put on my house , I found out the cost and labor and material was less than 4$500 so I ended up paying over $10k for a warranty . The installers were great but the company is not and will never do business with them again , Be ware of these people .
