Recent Review: We did a long-distance, full-house remodel with J. Francis. Normally, that would be a recipe for disaster. But the professionals at J. Francis did an incredible job with every phase of planning and construction. They delivered what they said they would on time and on budget. The finished product is fantastic. I would give them the highest possible marks for all phases of the project, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested in a renovation project!

Recent Review: I would recommend Brian and his crew without reservation. They did a great job, at a very reasonable price, and finished the job on time and on budget. My floors are probably original to the house- 1898. They were dark, had many staples and nails in them (which I removed prior to hiring this company), and some boards were in need of repair or replacement. I was pleased with the outcome of the floors and stairs. Brian was the first person I invited over for an estimate and was by far the most professional. He was the only one that was straightforward in providing an estimate for the work and didn't beat around the bush. The other companies would not touch the stairs, as they said the work would be too complicated and not be worth it. One insisted all the floors would need to be replaced, another was going to take twice as long as Brian quoted and said it may end up costing more than the estimate they gave. They were able to start work almost immediately, and before I had time to rip out a closet in the one room that was built on top of the original floors. Brian did me a huge favor and agreed that they could take the closet out for me for an additional (and fair) cost.

Recent Review: Results not like new, but as good as could be expected for a no-sand finish on an 18 year old floor that was faded in spots and had considerable wear and tear from multiple dogs and cats. We're happy with the results.

Recent Review: I hired Stan to refinish my hardwood floors that probably haven't been refinished since they were installed in the 1950s. Stan was incredibly knowledgeable about the stain and finish options for my oak floors, as well as how those finishes would go with the wall color. His pricing was more than fair, and his crew was on time every day and got the job done. Now every time I open my front door and see the floors, I'm a little more giddy inside... they look absolutely gorgeous.

Recent Review: I had 4 companies provide estimates for my project of refinishing hardwood from the 1960's. Johnson Floors' price was very competitive and they were by far the most knowledgable company I dealt with. Robert answered all of my questions and concerns and was able to make the perfect recommendations for refinishing our hardwood which turned out amazing. I was out of the town for most of the process, but had no worries with Robert, Chuck, and Alan doing the job right. They are one of the few contractors I've dealt with where I didn't have to call back to fix/tweak something. Highly recommend without hesitation!

The flooring was installed and refinished in a very timely manner. The pricing is very reasonable. Wilson did a great job in my home and I would highly recommend him.

Recent Review: Jack stripped and restained the hardwood floors in a bedroom that had been covered in carpet for years. He also pulled up tile flooring in front of the fireplace in the room and replaced it with hardwood; it was a beautiful design and blended in nicely with the old flooring around it. Lastly, he installed quarter round around the perimeter of the room. Jack is very thorough in explaining his plan and process ahead of time and in laying out your options and providing input on the choices. He returns calls in a timely manner, was able to schedule a time to do the work quickly, and finished the project efficiently. The room looks great! We are looking forward to having him do another room for us soon.
