One of the installers made a trip back to the warehouse for a replacement part at lunchtime. All windows function normally. Love the tilt-ins. No more window washers! Installers provided instructions for easy cleaning.

Installers (2) arrived on time. Rechecked the measurements of each window. Started quickly to install windows with one worker inside and one outside. Very professional work. Cleaned up inside and out, removed old windows, fabricated outside covering, and re-caulked. Completed in about 5 hours, including lunch break. After installation, we did a walk through and inspected each window. We are happy with the design and operation of the windows, however, disappointed with the screen design. The screens do not fit tightly and sag in places when viewed from the side. Delivery time was longer than expected.

The job was started on time but the wrong color siding was started and when I noticed it Felser removed it and the next day put up the correct color. The siding, soffit and fascia were installed very well and we are pleased with the job. We had new windows installed and were told the screens would be replaced at no cost for the life of the windows and when one screen was damaged Felser promptly replaced the screen.

Distinctive Metal Roofing
From the initial meeting through completion of the project everyone was polite and professional. I was originally looking at a metal shingle style roof, but discovered that I could not install solar panels on them. So I switched to a standing seem roof. Gary and his team arrived on install day promptly and get right to work. There was not puttering around. The roof took 1 1/2 days to install and the final day they did a great job of cleaning up. If you are looking for a metal roof this is a company and team that I highly recommend.

They were reasonably priced, and just to be clear, I didn't have the Gutter Helmet installed, only a regular screen on my gutters, so they don't just do Gutter Helmet installations.

My original problem was gutters were filling up with leaves and were becoming clogged as a result of a new metal roof installed two years ago. Bill inspected the situation, patiently explained the problem and recommended larger gutters and the Xtreme Gutter Guard system. Bill, his helper, and gutter installer sub contractor with crew, scheduled a date and arrived promptly at 8am as promised. The installation was professionally done with very good attention to detail. The crews were polite and friendly. The whole job took about 5 hours and they cleaned up upon completion. I would recommend Bill to anyone with gutter issues, he is honest and fair.

All the work was completed in about 11 hours total. The new roofs, gutters and downspouts look beautiful. There was a little confusion the 1st day because the roofers scheduled to replace our roof ran into issues with unexpected rotten wood on a porch roof of a previous clients job. They needed to make repairs to this clients porch roof before starting our job. This was an unforeseen event and as a result the crew didn't arrive the 1st day until late afternoon. I didn't want to start repairs on our home at this late hour because the weather forecast called for rain the next two days and I was concerned. I asked them to start by replacing the garage roof instead which was a smaller job. The crew went to work right away and had the roof removed and replaced within an hour and 1/2. It was amazing. The next day they came at 7:50 am and worked though the day with only one break for lunch. It was pretty hot out. The crew removed the old shingles, installed the new rubber under lining, replaced the shingles, installed a new roof vent, installed a new vent stack for our wood burning stove and removed and installed the new gutters and rain spouts. Including the clean up, the entire job on our home that day was completed in 9 hours. There was an over site concerning the downspout size but when brought to Ty's attention he said it was his fault and they would replace the installed 2 X 3" spouts with the contractor specified 3 X 4" spouts. The parts were ordered and a few days later a crew showed up and replaced this spouts. I was very pleased with the roof replacement and the response I received from Ty. I would hire and recommend this company again for this type of roof and gutter/downspout repair.

Renovation is excellent! Installers were excellent craftsmen, very friendly, and professional. All work was done per our contract and the installers took care of small items that popped up without any problems or extra cost. Crew cleaned up the property thoroughly. Gary was especially easy to work with from estimating to picking the products to making sure the installation was done correctly and making sure that we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend Ireland contracting for siding and roofing!

Super Service Award Recent Review: Sales person: Bob Semich. Installation carpenter: Ed. These guys were great on a number of levels. They were professional, timely, and had excellent attention to detail. My house was built in 1888 which complicated the job to some degree. The door is wide and tall. I had them build and install a door with two sidelights and transom. It is hard to imagine the job turning out any better. Thank you Universal Windows Direct! UPDATE: Universal Windows Direct is a respectable and dependable company. Leah, the customer care representative, is well-organized and timely. She will work around your schedule to get the work done. Also, they have a referral program where if you refer a customer and they get an installation, UWD will send you $100! I got a check in the mail for $100. I hope to use them again to install several custom windows.

Recent Review: I had worried about the cost of replacing my roof since I bought it in 1997. At that time it was 5 years old. I started collecting estimates last year. One was for $15,000 and two more were $10000. So I just kept putting it off until my sister mentioned who installed her roof. So I called them (AMC) and they promptly came out to give me an estimate and gave me the price while they were there. $6700. I was so happy. So I scheduled with them for 3 weeks later. They came with 7 guys, laid tarps everywhere, put a dumpster in my driveway, and were out of there in 12 hours. Job complete. There is not a trace of any debris anywhere. They were very professional. They also replaced a few boards that needed replaced. It was a pleasant experience and was not worth the worry. Would highly recommend them!

Recent Review: At the time, I was in the process of moving out and preparing my home to go on the market. I contacted DS Fitz to complete an estimate for soffit and fascia and gutter installation. They completed the estimate and had the work done in such a timely manner that it didn’t hold me up with the rest of the renovation. They were very responsive and professional. The worked looked great and added the perfect finishing touches to my home before hitting the market. During closing negotiations, repairs to the roof were needed and I went right to them again. Their professionalism impressed me once more when they helped through the entire process by providing photos and written estimates. All in all, they made what could be a very stressful process extremely easy.

Recent Review: Jason and his guys tore off the roof and gutters, repaired and replaced old gutters, and repaired and reshingled our roof in miserably cold weather, all without complaint or incident. The new roof look looks great and no longer leaks, and the new Smart-Vent system he recommended for our no-overhang roof keeps the attic dry and cool. When the weather improved, Jason replaced a patio door to our rear deck. There were some unexpected issues with rotten wood in the door frame and floor around the old door, which Jason fixed the same day. The job was done well and on time. I wasn't sure I wanted the type of patio door he recommended, but Jason assured me I would be happy with it. He was right - I LOVE this door!! It looks great, is very well insulated, and even has tinted glass that cuts down the glare. The guy knows his business. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and his crew, and will gladly have them back to do more work in the future.

Recent Review: The installers on the day of the project and the owners have always been very kind and proessional. They are not the least expensive company. However, theyhave a good product in those "Marvin" windows and they are professional and respectful of your home. When decided on a company to do your windows at least always keep them in the mix of your consideration as they should always be on your top three list of companies - $, reputation, professionalism in text, emails, phone call and on site visists are important to me. I feel I paid a fair price.

Roman listened to my wants, but insisted on getting on the roof and attic to check everything before making any recommendations. He was prompt, easy to get a hold of and returned every phone call I made to him the same day. His crew was efficient, performing all of the work in one day, and did an excellent job of leaving my yard in better condition than when they started. I would highly recommend Roman and his company. He even came out to look at a leaking skylight (separate issue than the work he performed) at 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday.

He was extremeley knowledgeable and his reccommendations were very helpful without being pushy. The job involved installing seamless gutters on a huge barn. As follow up was made to coordinate the job, both him and his wife, who handled the phone contacts, were extremely courteous and professional. Even though the company was booked out to do other jobs ahead of ours, the work was done in a very timely manner. Recent Review: . Eric, Cory and John did great work on the roof, showing every day promptly at 7:30 AM and working steadily until 3:00 PM until the job was complete. After completion, they cleaned up the yard, picking up all debris, nails, etc.. They completed the job in the time frame promised and every day when they left, they made sure that the roof was protected from any rain. Upon completion, Eric walked me around the house, explaining what they had done, including reinstalling my gutter guards, which they had to remove to install the roofing shingles. All debris was placed in a dumpster furnished by them. Also Chris Saxton, the Sales Consultant, was prompt in his response for an estimate for the job, and was very thorough in his explanation of the work to be done. All in all, I am very satisfied with ESW,s work and the resulting product.

We needed work done after hail damage and had received information from other companies that left us a bit unsettled and leery. A friend recommended CL Frey and I gave them a call. Tribly called me back right away and we set up an appointment. Jerry and Trilby both came out to meet us, very nice people! Jerry took his time explaining everything in detail, answered all my questions, and gave us time to look things over. What a breath of fresh air! We decided to go with them and they worked with us and our insurance company to get things done quickly (we were having interior leaking due to the hail damage and needed things done sooner than later). Recent Review: Zach and team required 2 days to do a large amount of work. First they installed gutters on the upper level of the home, and the work looks good. On the second day they worked very late to beat the weather, installing flashing and a dormer roof. Zach explained the work he was doing and asked me before doing anything that might be controversial or expensive. They were careful removing and reinstalling the old wood siding on the home.

Replaced original windows on our rental property. I was very impressed with the our Sale Rep Chris and the installation team was great. The communication was great, the windows were a little late due to supply chain issues but Chris kept us informed. The Installation team did a great job installing and clean up was good.
