Recent Review: I was extremely pleased from start to finish with Kowalski Heating-Cooling- Plumbing. I had several companies come out to give me a proposal to replace and upgrade our existing Furnace and AC. Jason Kowalski (Owner) came out personally and was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain all of my questions. He was able to put together a competitive proposal based on our needs and budget. Since our AC was low on refrigerant, he sent out a technician to give us a courtesy charge to get our old AC keeping us cool until the installation date. The technician who came out as well as both of the gentlemen who did the installation were professional, courteous and again went out of their way to answer all my questions and explain anything throughout the process. I would highly recommend Kowalski if you are looking to have any HVAC work done and at least consider them for a quote. Jill who works the front end of the office was wonderful to assist with scheduling and also answering our questions. I felt confident we had made the right choice and couldn't be happier with our new furnace and AC! Again, I would highly recommend Kowalski for any of your heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

He has now installed both a water heater as well as a furnace in my home and we plan to use his services to replace our ac unit as well. He is very well priced, and a pleasure to deal with. Recent Review: I can't say enough about Tru Plumbing. They are truly an A+ operation. There is never a good time to spend money on plumbing, but Tru Plumbing made my experience much more pleasant than what it could have been. From start to finish they were very professional and honest throughout the entire way. AJ, Mike and Don were all so great to work with. As a new homeowner, I noticed that my kitchen sink was not draining, the basement toilet was slowly flushing and the basement shower was backing up. AJ and his staff came over and broke the news to us that we had several tree roots growing through our terracotta pipe in the basement. Mike and Don showed me proof by letting me look at the camera and the damage was easily evident. Instead of being money hungry, AJ offered me options, but also gave me his honest recommendation. He offered to grind the roots up, but explained that this would not be a lifetime fix, but he recommended that they excavate in my back yard, install an outside trap and replace the terracotta pipe with new PVC pipe. Mike and Don jack-hammered the floor up and took out the old pipe up my stairs in 5 gallon buckets. They masked everything off and were careful not to leave what could have been a mess. They showed me everything they were doing along the way and were very willing to explain things to me. They did a great job patching the concrete and even replaced the pipe stack up to my upstairs bathroom since it was terracotta too. They did an excellent job and I felt so relieved when the job was finished and thankful that we went with Tru Plumbing. It has been almost a year now and there have been no problems since. I would recommend Tru Plumbing to anyone who needs work done. You won't regret it! My wife even mentioned to AJ that she thought our furnace wasn't kicking on. AJ offered to take a look and found that our furnace filter needed replaced. It was an easy fix, but just shows you how they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer.

Recent Review: Excellent, technician was able to make it to the property the same day I called and gave me an estimate to replace the broken part. Upon my approval, they ordered the part and made the repairs on the day they promised to be back to fix. Estimate and final cost were identical and they performed an inspection at no charge after the repair. Furnace is working well and tenants are happy.

Recent Review: Absolutely great service! My furnace broke down on a Saturday. Kad responded right away to my request for an emergency furnace repair. The repairman was very polite and professional. But most importantly, he was honest about the issue. No major repairs were needed. It was a small simple fix and he was honest about it. He also gave us the head up that our furnace was on it's last leg. This was true since it's over 30 years old. Having a repair person from Kad Heating and Cooling was such a great experience that my husband and I are considering using Kad to install a new Heating / AC Unit this spring. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Recent Review: I originally requested a HVAC tuneup and inspection, during which time a relatively large crack was found in the heat exchanger. The service technician recommended replacing the furnace, and inasmuch as it was an old furnace with a large crack, I approved the work. We scheduled another appointment to replace the furnace, which was done promptly and very satisfactorily. The technicians arrived on time and worked quickly to remove the old furnace and install the new furnace.

Recent Review: Justin was wonderful. He was scheduled to be here at 8:00 and he was here at 8:00. I have rentals and I have 5 furnaces so he went from furnace to furnace to all rental properties. He was very professional, and very personable. He wrote down things that could help prevent any problems in the future. The deal was $59 but I paid additional amount because he inspected 5 furnaces.
