We visited Yoder's sales lot in Burggetstown on a Sunday late this past winter. We knew they weren't open and just wanted to see the sheds and look at the construction. There was information available that we took with us. We also checked out their website to get ideas on sizes and styles available. We spoke with Noah by phone and made an appointment for him to come out to view the site in early March. Noah is very personable and very easy to talk and work with. He took measurements and let us know what type of site prep we would need. We initially decided on a 12X20 shed but then changed to the 12X24 Garage/Workshop. Numerous phone calls between us and Yoder's staff regarding questions on both sides were quickly answered and handled without any problems. They were prompt and efficient when they were coming for the estimate and the work to be completed. Part of our contract included Yoder's doing the site prep due to my current health issues. I suggested the possibility of them scraping enough stone from my driveway to fill the area. Ken did this and was able to get more than enough fill for the site. He also scraped off topsoil and dumped it in two areas of the yard for use at another time. This experience was exceptional from beginning to end. It was amazing to see the large trailer that was used to deliver the shed for on site construction. One issue arose with the "man door" being in the wrong place. The change was noted, and completed within 2 weeks of the original work. We also requested additional supports in the structure and this was completed. We also had them build a ramp for easy access for the mowers, tractor etc. We would highly recommend Yoder's for your backyard sheds, garages, gazebos or other buildings you might need. Check out their website at www.yodersbackyardsturctures.com. They were an excellent team to work with, and the professionalism and workmanship is outstanding.
