Recent Review: The new roof was removed and installed in 2 days as Kevin promised. The skylights had to be installed at a later date because they were a custom size and they replaced all the rotten wood at no additional cost for the inconvenience. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the thorough cleanup performed by the roofing crew. They worked late each evening to get the work done and cleaned up each day before they left. I upgraded the roofing materials and still thought the price was a good one. The insulation was installed in less than an hour with no mess, a pleasant surprise. I was really pleased the fact that Kevin maintained contact with me and was willing to make corrections and changes with no hassles. He also provided us a mitigation form to take to the insurance company at no extra charge. If you want a new roof, I would highly recommend this group and having Kevin as a contact was a bonus!

Recent Review: Great!. My 90 year old mother had damage to her home due to Hurricane Irma. We were very lucky to have ReNew Pro, Inc. and in particular DAVE CAPPS answer our call for help. Dave met with us first to review the damage, then met with the insurance adjuster to make sure all the damage was covered in the adjuster's report. He dealt directly with our Homeowner's insurance company which made the entire process go smoothly. The entire roof needed to be replaced. Gutters and screens needed replacement. A shattered glass panel needed replacement and a window had to be re-secured. Some painting was needed in the interior ceiling due to water damage. Dave was in constant contact with us. Each day debris was picked up during the roofing process. Dave oversaw not only the roof but all the other repairs from the initial permit application until everything was done and inspected by the City of Melbourne. Very pleased with the entire process.

Recent Review: The work performed and the quality of product were both excellent. First contact was the owner of the company (Karoly) coming to my house personally to measure the door and evaluate what would be needed to do the install properly. He arrived on time and identified several problem areas that would be addressed to do the install properly because of the non standard door opening. These were documented for the install crew so there would be misunderstanding by installers. The day of the install the men arrived on time, were very polite and professional. During the install process some additional problems were discovered once the old door was removed. These were quickly resolved by the installers after consulting with Karoly by phone. Before the installation was complete Karoly came to inspect the work, made some additional changes to insure I was completely happy with job. Over the years I have dealt with many window companies but without a doubt Karoly Window & Door is the best by a country mile. If you want the best, the combination of Karoly Window and the Carrelton products they us cannot be beat.

Recent Review: Called CSD&W to replace all the screens in the house and they came out the next day and took all the measurements. About 10 days later came out with the new screens and installed everything in under an hour.

Recent Review: The owner took my call on a Saturday (even though he does not work on Saturday) and we made an appointment for him to come measure the glass panes for the following Monday. He came when he said he would, took measurements, and I paid him a deposit upon which he gave me a receipt. The glass came in when he said it would (about a week) and had his installer come and install them. He did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again!
