Natalie and a partner came out for three or four consecutive days in the blistering heat, sanded, prepped, and put four coats of a beautiful polyurethane finish on the ceiling. It looks as good as new. We are particularly impressed with the way this company addresses problems. They tried several different finishes before hitting on the right one and were willing to put more coats on if we requested it

ALL SPRAY DESIGNS
Doug was referred by a very very good friend of ours. Initially the job went fine, deck looked good and had 1 coat, there were delays which some were known due to a new screen enclosure and passing inspection. The effort to get the rest of the job done was a feat in itself. Doug is a nice guy, but lacks severely in the communication department, as well as if you use him get a written scope of work. We find ourselves now somewhat stuck in the position of having to seal the deck, put in plugs for the kiddie fence (and paint them), do a core drill for volleyball net anchors (which I talked to him 5 times about, sent him pictures, was promised he could get them cheaper, told us he was getting them also...nothing), and fix some standing water, concrete crack due to bad relief cut, and a doorway that will include a redo of a small bit of skip trowel (3" x 14") paint etc. He has potential to be a great resource, but lack of scope of work, verbal promises not kept, changing story, and huge lack of communication stop us from ever contacting him again. Again get a written and signed scope of work

Overall it went well. There was some delay in the project due to the weather so it took a few weeks longer then anticipated. The work is beautiful the pool looks great. It was an easy process. The things I was not happy with was that the sandblasting made a mess and no one returned to clean it for a month. Despite me asking a few times. I had a huge pile of sand in my back yard and they didn't tell me there would be sand everywhere I would have protected my patio furniture and plants better. I still have sand coming out of places that could have been easily prevented with an FYI of how far the sand actually travels. Other than that the tile work is beautiful. And the resurfacing is very nice

Excellent response and service from the first contact until the project was finished. This operation is truly professional. We had the exterior of our block house painted, then window shutters, doors and trim were done in different colors. They also painted our concrete pool deck, sealing all cracks first. They spent a full 3 days just on prep work. I truly believe this paint will last for many years due to the care and way they prepped the house

Tropical Paver Sealing
The pavers were in urgent need of a pressure wash. There was mold, moss and sand between the pavers and some were already sunk. Dana fixed the biggest section of sunk pavers and explained me what I need to do fix the rest. After that they use a garden blower to blow out as much of the moss and dirt out the area. Then they spray the bleach mixture and let it sit for about 20 minutes. They scrubbed the pavers with a power scrubber. Dana then check for spot that need it the acid wash and after the acid he pressure washed the whole deck and surrounding areas. To finish he applied three coats of sealer. The pavers look great and he also left base sand so I could fix some of the other sunk pavers

Tropical Paver Sealing
Dana and his helper showed up early and did an excellent job. My pavers were 6+ years old and had never been sealed. They clean the pavers thouroughly and address any spots with great detail. My pavers needed sealed badly and soaked up the sealant like a sponge. Dana put on extra coats at no expense and took pride in his work to get my pavers to look as good as possible. It looks great (color enchance wet look) and would definately recommend anyone with pavers to have this done.Highly recommend Tropical Paver Sealing

Our pool deck was falling apart. We were referred to Cat Resurfacing by our pool company. Called and made an appointment. Paul arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about concrete refinishing. In addition to refinishing our existing pool deck we had enlarged the deck to include an additional 10 x 4 section. Paul assured us refinishing both would be no problem and would look as if it had always been there. He was right! He and his employee did a fantastic job. He was very patient while I selected a color and even provided some samples for me. They refinished the texture so well it's impossible to tell where the deck was disintegrating! I would definitely use Cat Resurfacing again and would recommend him to anyone

They put holes in the driveway and then fill them with foam. So I use them, I was pleased with them. They were very good. I had a wash out under my driveway where the sand came out. They drilled holes and they used liquid foam. Then the foam hardens up so it stabilizes the driveway. I had a little crack in my driveway and I didn't want it getting worse, so they stabilized it with that foam. I was pleased with their work. They were honest. When they drilled the holes some paint came off of my painted driveway. My paint oxidized already so when I repainted those circles, I think the circle is like a half an inch circumference, so there are a few holes there, two holes came, two holes had paint that it just took off the paint. That's the only thing that bothered me, that was it. So if I had paint that didn't oxidize I would be able to patch it up, you know, like painted over and it wouldn't be bad. They had to cancel twice on me because it just couldn't be helped, it had to do with family matters, so that was no problem. They were very nice when they showed up. On a painted driveway be more careful when drilling holes because two holes, to shoot the foam in, a little paint came off on two holes, it had to be touched up

I got 3 quotes from different painting contractors and went with Bill because I felt comfortable with his ability to complete the work with the least headaches. Before selecting Bill, I asked him tons of questions about nature of work, pricing and different grades of paint available through email (email is my favored way of communication). He explained the process step by step and answered all of my questions patiently :-) The whole process pretty much happened the way he explained it. First came the pressure washing, then his painting crew came in and painted the exterior walls, faschia and soffit and lastly the detail guy painted the trims on the final day. It only took about 3-4 days for the entire project (my house is pretty big) and they left the place clean. Bill went over and above his work by trimming some of my overgrown bushes himself so his crew can paint properly. He also found a way to darken my door trim when I told him that I didn't like how the color I first chose came out. This was a good experience. My house looks fantastic

Richard gave us a prompt estimate detailing what the project included and an exact price. We chose Richard because of his glowing Angie's List reviews and because his estimate included pressure washing the sidewalk, driveway and back patio. When we asked why he had included the extra pressure washing, he said he feels the job would not be complete without it. He gave us an approximate start date and then contacted us to say his previous job was delayed and told us he would start one day later than originally planned. He started on the day he said he would. His meticulous attention to detail was impressive; he worked on our house with the assistance of his father, a retired painter himself. Richard was careful of our landscaping as well. We asked Richard for his opinion about paint colors we were considering and followed his suggestions. The color he suggested looks great on our house and blends perfectly with our shingle color. The project took four days total because we had a heavy rain day which caused a one-day delay. Entire house painted. House hadn't been painted in over 40 years. Christian called and set up appt within minutes of requesting quote. Prompt with quote and didn't try to up-sell us. We actually chose to upgrade paint. There was a misunderstanding of which exterior doors were to be painted which colors but they corrected immediately. We weren't in agreement with colors for gutters/fascia/soffit and we decided to go with their recommendation and we are so glad we did ! They were right! We didn't agree with how the downspouts were painted and after chatting with them, they changed it to how we asked and that time WE were right. We would absolutely use this company again. They were approachable, professional, on time, cleaned up afterward and our final product is ABSOLUTELY 100% GORGEOUS

We decided to go with Sherwin Williams' colors, so we told Sergio the paint color code and he picked up the paint. Sergio was very prompt in responding with any questions we had by e-mail, text and phone. His team arrived bright and early on the scheduled days of the job (2 day job).
