Orlando Sunroom Contractors

They were very pleasant to talk with. I really wanted to do the sunroom in concrete, but they told me that they don't work with that.

As I normally don't write reviews, I owe this long-over-due review to Creative Remodeling and Mark/Brian, specifically. We planned to build a sunroom with screen/sliding glass windows all around but kept having issues with several other companies. Finally, we called CR through Angie's List and man! everything moved forward without a hitch. Mark was professional and Brian was everything you would ask for from a contractor. The crew was excellent as well from start to finish even it was stretched over few months due to inspection schedules. Even before the project was done, I hired Brian, right on the spot, to work on my pool screen enclosure for another house. And then, through Brian again, I had my new drive way extension added. Their prices were fair and their work ethic and quality were top notch. I strongly recommend this company. Thank you, CR!!

My contact was Bryan for Prager Bulilders and I had a sunroom addition added to me home. Bryan was extremely professional and knowledgable making the entire build run smoothly. My sunroom was large [ 12x36 ] with 4 windows and 2 doors. Although there was a rain delay, which was no fault of the builder, my entire project was completed as projected with the quality of materials and workmanship on the original estimate. My expectations where not only met but exceeded and I am beyond pleased and thrilled with my new sunroom . I want to thank Bryan at Prager Builders for making this project a success. Bryan was ALWAYS available to answer my questions and would return my calls immediately. Bryan would coordinate all different phases of this sunroom addition and work through any obstacles............ which do occur during any buiilding project. The entire team of Prager Builders deserves my thanks for the flawless workmanship. I would recommend Prager Builders to anyone looking to build a sunroom addition; the work , professionalism , respect , honesty, and cost was UN- comparable to any other builder ........I did get multiple estimates for this project ..........Prager is the only builder I would recommend. They never called back and never showed up to a scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional and very difficult to get ahold of. Wouldn't trust them to do any work on my home.

Replacing screen wall with permanent wall and windows was completed and was better than expected. Already hieed them for a new job

Mid State Construction did an amazing job. I’m very pleased with the results and I’ve enjoyed many BBQ’s in my new screen patio enclosure. The workers showed up and completed the job in a very timely manner. They were extremely professional.

The owner Luis was always present to answer questions and make sure the job is going well. His crew was wonderful worked hard and were extremely respectful. I would Definitely use them again for renovation and highly recommend them as professional caring respectful contractors.

Prager did a beautiful job. From the day Brian came to meet with us for the first time up to the end this company did a wonderful job. Brian told us exactly what to expect and every detail of the construction. Workmanship is incredible. I love the sunroom and everyone that has come to enjoy it with us are amazed of how beautiful it is. Thank you Preager! We will enjoy this sunroom and always remember who built it.

The concrete began to lift. We had to find our own contractor to come in and put in the new floor. The roof leaks. White Aluminum came out a few weeks ago to try to fix that. Almost all of the people who have worked on our room have been let go by the company. The county even revoked the permit for the final inspection. We were sent a certified letter recently that said that they are not going to fix the roof. They said they are aware that we are not happy but they are not going to come out and do anymore work. I hired an independent home inspector to look at it and he said it was some of the worst workmanship he has seen. I was threatened by the manager at my house.

In October, 2019, I contacted 7 contractors for bids to put windows with screens in my small lanai. Six people responded, took measurements, and, except for Midstate, none of the other contractors even bothered to get back to me. Chuck, the owner of Midstate, came over, measured, left, then came back again with a small demonstration window/screen with exactly what I wanted. Alas, the company Chuck dealt with in Orlando no longer did windows with screens like their demonstration window. I didn't want to settle with something I didn't want. This was at the end of November, 2019. Chuck found a company in Tampa that made windows with screens for lanais and had a demonstration window made. He brought it over just before Christmas. I live on the second floor and have a barred railing, which made it complicated fitting the window/screens into the space that was available--but it fit perfectly! Because of the Christmas season, the windows with screens couldn't be ordered until January, 2020. They arrived in the middle of January and were installed. However, the way the screens were made, they did not fit because the barred railing was in the way. Chuck took them back to the manufacturer, had them remade and installed a week later--perfect fit! I can't say enough about this company. Chuck made sure that I got what I wanted, not just what the manufacturer wanted to give me. And, unlike many contractors, Chuck did not want any payment until the work was completed (I gave him a down payment anyway). He and his workmen were courteous, efficient, punctual, worked around my schedule and did a great job installing windows and screens on my lanai. Chuck went beyond what most contractors would do--six of the seven original contractors didn't even bother to call me back after their initial measurements. I had originally wanted the windows installed before Thanksgiving. It is now the end of January and everything is done except for the screens. I didn't mind waiting this long because I'm getting exactly what I ordered which I didn't realize was so complicated, but Chuck came through for me. Thank you Chuck for all your hard work in getting me exactly what I wanted.
