I've used them for 6 years and they come out regularly. It is always easy to negotiate with them because they always sell units that have been at trade shows. I paid $1,500 for the unit. Their units have performed very, very well and we haven't had any problems with the units breaking down or not performing correctly but their fee per year for just putting in a new bag of carbon each year is outrageous. I am not even sure it is needed each year. I have another company coming out next week to put in a new unit. I will not use them again. Their fees are too expensive and it is a little bit of a scam thing because it is outrageous what they want for a little bag of charcoal

They were great. He came out when we called him and immediately tested the water. We had a specific concern with iron bacteria and higher hardness and he tested it. He went straight for what we needed with no frills or fancy talk. He was efficient and gave us what we needed for our specific water situation. He didn't try to add on anything. Usually i don't easily fall or influence by what peple say or do trying to get something out of me BUT this company from sales person( Nima) to the instalation guys were very profesional,knowledgeablele and provided me with the evidence that changed my thoughts and my mind about water in general.In fact that am so GRATEFUL to them because now i know that the water that i have been using to drink,shower,washed my clothes,my kids clothes were plenty of chemicals on it that might cause harm in the long run for me and for my familly .So if you want to save money and keep your familly healthy with the best quality product in town,you should go with this company because actually this one way to keep me healthy and reduce spending on certain things for long run

I bought a complete water treatment system from Paul 2 years ago. He did maintenance on it on my request after 1 year. I called him today to schedule the 2 year maintenance, and out of nowhere he was very rude and told me he would not do it, and hung op the phone on me when I ask for an explanation. Now he texts me and says" You refused the mandatory service the system requires" . He left me shocked and my only guess is: , if you don't have him maintaining the unit and paying him monthly, he will ditch you because the way his business works is that he gets you every month with the "so called" mandatory maintenance. Avoid this guy like the Coronavirus, there is a whole bunch of better companies that do the same work and don't want to see you like a monthly ATM machine. Water drawn in the bathtub had significant discoloration. Rust deterioration was present in holding tanks. So paid water treatments for 10 months when services were not in fact provided

At every step of the way he was deliberate and took extra time to explain to me what needed to be repaired. He was kind enough to give me options of what I should do in the future if any further repair is needed. What really made an impression on me was how much time he spent with Rob, who I could tell that Rob was somewhat in training. Ryan would give Rob tasks to do, but Ryan kept checking back on Rob to make sure Rob was on task and doing things correctly. He was patient and encouraging At the end of the day Ryan discovered five things about my system that were in dire need of repair. He then went on to prioritize what things needed to be repaired first. Needless to say, I had him repair all the issues that needed attention. In conclusion Craig and the team at the Waterman is what every service company should be. You can't go wrong with The Waterman !!!!!!!!

Branch Water was highly recommended by my neighbors, so I asked for a quote. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the quote was just what I thought it would cost. We hired them on the spot and they planned the install. They were on time every time they needed to come out, we never waited on them. When they installed the new system they explained everything they were doing and why it was being done that way. The system is working great and I am very happy. They have also followed up a couple of times just to make sure everything was working perfectly. I'm glad I used Branch Water and didn't try to do it myself

The job went awesome. Called in the afternoon, they showed up the next morning and in 2 hours the job was done. The Tank with labor was about $800, but do your self a favor and replace the expansion tank and gas line as well, with a flex hose. The expansion tank's don't last to long and the gas lines will flake inside and clog your jets if you don't have a drop line. Only thing was the invoice was never sent to me because the tech's laptop crashed, they'll invoice me later

I contacted this company to service a water system on a well property that I had just purchased. I had no experience with well systems so needed them to not only service the system but also explain how it works and what I needed to do to maintain it. The service Technician (Sean) arrived within the appointment time frame and was very knowledgable about the system. He was very patient and took his time to explain how to maintain it. I felt the service fee of $45.00 was very reasonable for the time they spent at the property. Additionally, since 06/26, I had called their office on two separate occasions to ask some more questions. I spoke with the owner and his wife and they were both very helpful and took time out of their schedule to assist me. I was very impressed by their service and expertise would definately use them again. :-
