Orlando Pool Liner Replacement

They did great. They kept in contact by phone. They let me pick out the liner. I worked with Chuck. Anytime I had a question, he called back the same day and answered my question. He helped us get a new pump and filter. They were very helpful and took care of everything. They had my pool back up and running within 24 hours. My insurance company even recommended I use them. Nemo inspected the walls and floor of the pool and then gave us a quote.

Contacted Mike by phone to install new Pacific Pool liner, He did not show up at promised time , did not call. After many e-mailsand phone calls I finally reached him and his excuse was his truck broke down (I guess the phone did also).I should of reliized that it wa just the beginning of my problems. Many broken promises and a 1500 deposit later he said the liner was in (3 to 4 weeks), the linner was finally put in and 2 calls for repairs later I;m still waiting for him to either return my call or came over,He is not professional I don't know how he stays in business. I joined Angie's List just to let everyone know my experience. This was to replace an existing liner. I have the emails from him. There are to many other professional out there to be treated like that. Shame on him the pool was finish in July

My pool was turning green due to lack of care, since my husband and I were attempting to care for it ourselves and became frustrated with the process. When I called Kurt, he came out within 24 hours to look at my pool and gave me a quote of $75.00 to get it from green to clean, and then $105.00 for monthly service. After Kurt came out, I had 2 other parties come out to look at the pool, one who quoted me $325.00 to clean it up, plus monthly fees of over $100, and one who quoted me $500.00 and monthly fees of $150. The other two parties were very stiff and not friendly at all, but Kurt explained the process and told me that he would come personally to get the pool clean before he handed the weekly service off to one of his trained staff. Kurt did exactly what he said he would do. He was here at least 2 - 3 times a week to work on the pool and get it in shape for swimming. His staff has been out twice and they always leave us a note to let us know they have been there and if there were any problems with the pool. Overall, Kurt did exactly what he promised to do, at a price that was not only within my budget, but also much less expensive than the competition. And... he's a super nice guy.

The crew , Jeff, Billie and Johnny were outstanding. Courteous and professional. Arrived on time or before, worked very efficient and low-key with good camaraderie. They completed everything earlier than anticipated. Owner Mike was professional and upfront on everything and stayed within the estimate. He personally came out to make sure everything was working well. We could not be happier. We now have a beautiful pool that we all enjoy!
