We had the shutters installed in every window, and were so happy with the product and service we had them return and install them on out large sliding doors. We placed the order for the shutters the end of July. It took almost 2 months to arrive, because some were custom sizes. Kevin contacted us with the date they were to arrive and set up an appointment to install. It took them a full day to install. Kevin was meticulous on the installations. They cleaned up and took everything away with them. I would recommend this company.

Shawn came and measured and we discussed what I wanted to be done. I had a doorway to the master bathroom and walk in closet area that was open and I wanted a solution for some kind of privacy without a regular door since the doorway has an arch at the top. Shawn said he could install a fixed shutter swinging door there which worked out great!

After installation of shutters, I could readily see all cross bar part of the windows where the locks are located. They turned all shutters upside down and reinstalled. That seem to work. The large shutters covering my two slides have no finishing sides on them. Requested they be installed. Work never perform. Sides of the cornices keep falling off located on top of slides. Some were corrected but not all. The connected sides are very flimsy. Some shutters are now chipping and are very hard to close or open. Phone calls and letter did not bring full correction. The person installing the shutters gave me the impression that he was learning on the job.

Very professional beginning with our first meeting, quote and installation. Jason gave us an installation date and time when we signed our contract. We expected it would change prior to actual installation but it did not. The crew that arrived to do the installation, this morning, were very courteous and professional. It was obvious that they were all experienced and had done this work many times before. We were impressed that old blinds were taken down and new shutters installed, on 9 Windows, all within 45 minutes. The shutters look beautiful and we are very happy with the work. I am sure that it will not be too long before we complete the job and order shutters for the remaining Windows.

Recent Review: Worth the wait! We have an old historic Victorian house and All Pro was one of the few shutter installers in town willing to take on the job and the challenge. I was very impressed with their knowledge, their installation techniques, and willingness to accept nothing but perfection. With a house this old were very used to contractors trying to make us accept subpar conditions. However, All Pro spent a ton of time and effort to make sure that our shutters were perfect and so was the installation. It was a 10/10 experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Ivan took the measurements and promised delivery within 3-4 weeks. We were quite pleasantly surprised when he called two weeks later to install the shutters. Ivan was very knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to our questions; he gave us good advice on our selections. He was right on the mark with his timelines, and the team he brought to the installation was courteous, professional and respectful of our home. When Ivan came to complete the installation, we were so pleased with the result that we ordered additional shutters for the bedroom in order to complete the look across the front of the house.
