Two months into the service agreement and I'm extremely disappointed. I pre-paid for an annual landscape service and pest prevention. After an initial service, we called for a follow up treatment due to a chinch bug problem (we've seen them). Having experience with chinch bugs (sp. Blissus insularis) at another property, I understand the importance of preventative maintenance and aggressive treatments when indicated. Having replaced an entire front yard in my past due to an infestation getting out of control, I take it seriously. Unfortunately, the tech assigned to our route has been unavailable and almost a month went by before we received follow up service. The small patch has grown six times in size and appears to have spread to other parts of the yard. My front yard also has numerous patches of weeds, two to four feet in diameter. So my hunch is the yard is not being treated. I'm feeling like my money has been spent unwisely and I should have never pre-paid for the year, regardless of the discount. My hope is Mr. Massey's team will come through and make this right, but until they do, I have to give the company a lousy grade.
