We called for an estimate and Lou came out and reviewed the project. The estimate was in line with our expectations. Lou clearly outlined the process for resurfacing our patio. The installation was scheduled. When the installer came out to assess the patio, he indicated that the patio surfaces were new and part of the process would not be necessary. Three people arrived. 1 person taped the cage while the materials were brought to the back yard. The knockdown material was sprayed on, smoothed, and left to dry through lunch. Then the surface was painted, dried and repainted. The surface looks magnificent

Scott was very professional, as was his assistant. They arrived on scheduled day at agreed time to check out my property. Price quoted was very fair and they saved me money by sealing driveway the same day it was cleaned! They explained the whole process and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The house looks amazing, like new again! Scott came back the next day to recheck the job and make sure I was satisfied with the results. Would definitely use BOOM again, and refer Scott to anyone looking for pressure washing

I found Tony on Angie's List. We were planning to convert our screen porch into a sun room, and asked Tony for an estimate, for all work including energy efficient windows, electrical, tile floors, drywall, painting, and some concrete work (steps and a patio slab). Tony spent some time with us to understand what our ideas were and provided a prompt estimate. He worked his schedule to agree with ours, and started work when he said he would. His crew is professional and careful. The room is complete now and is exactly what we wanted; and only a few items of cleanup remain. Contact and coordination was excellent throughout the construction process. I wish that I had found him before adding a garage a few years ago. I highly recommend Tony Ray Homes for any construction or remodeling work, large or small

there was a total lack of communication between the owner and us; the roof/ceiling extension looks horrible in my opinion - in his opinion it doesn't; the workmen were excellent and extremely responsive to us; the windows and door are high quality; the owner said that the problem with the ceiling was outlined in the drawing he gave us - i'm not an architect; i told him i thought he had a responsibility to tell us when we signed the contract that there was going to be an issue and he never did; when the job was almost done we called him to come over and i told him i was not pleased (to say the least) and he couldn't understand why i wasn't happy; he at least made it white where it doesn't stand out much (in his opinion); when company comes over and sees the ceiling they won't need to worry about a recommendation - like he said - his work speaks for itsel

Our house was hit by a tornado embedded in Hurricane Irma and partially destroyed. We had to deal with a lot of contractors during the rebuild. Housman was the easiest, most responsive, and most professional by far. From the sales and design phase through construction we are very pleased with the interaction with Housman. The two construction workers, AJ and Mike, did an excellent job despite an unusually rainy three weeks. The materials were of high quality and exactly what we expected. My wife had some last minute ideas for modifications which were incorporated with no problem. The finished product exceeds our expectations

Jason was very professional. We have hired him multiple times and every time he goes above and beyond. We are never disappointed in his work. We have added 2 ceiling fans to our garage, had 4 lights installed, a paver walkway put in, wiring for our ring cameras, and had electricity ran to our pool pump. We are in the process of adding medicine cabinets to our bathrooms, and will be hiring him again. He is absolutely Jack of all trades and a 1 stop shop for all our home repairs/needs. We have been using Dulando since 1991 when they re-screened for our remodel. Then after Charlie hit in 2003 and blew in our pool screen, they were on it immediately taking care of their old customers first. They are good and they are reliable. I do not competitively bid anything from them because I know their prices are good. Good folks... recommended highly!

It was was still cold and mid-winter, so we planned to have the work done as soon as the days would be above freezing. I needed a few days warning to get some fans out of windows, Scot accommodated me. He also asked about cleaning our deck, fence and concrete patio so when the team arrived, I asked for a quote while they were there. They did better, they cleaned a small section of each area and it looked so good, I had them do all the work! The fence and deck have been cleaned and sealed, the patio is nice and clean and the siding looks so good that my neighbor even asked for their card

Andy was great to work with. We needed a complete back yard makeover. Andy met with us a few days after our first phone call. He spent an hour walking through the yard, listening to our ideas, and taking photos and dimensions of the site. We met again 2 weeks later where he presented the design and a detailed estimate. We revised the design to a paired down budget and selected pavers over the next few weeks. Once the new design and materials were agreed to it only took a few days before he was ready to install. The team worked fast and did a fantastic job. we were so happy with the results. we can't wait until we can call andy and start phase two in the front yard. The only downside is sometimes it takes Andy a few days to return a call, but otherwise no complaint

My job required them to come out many times throughout the construction process, working between the pool company who also had to their work. They explained every detail and finished the job on time Their clean up was amazing. Their office co ordinated with the pool company, so everything as done in a timely and efficient manner. I not only felt comfortable about the job done, but the people from all My Son's Aluminum. Throughout my life, I have dealt with many contractors and different companies, but none can lite a candle to this company and their customer service. I will not use any other company for my pool, patio or awnings, as long as I am in the Central Florida area
