Triple Crown Roofing
I just had my roof replaced from shingles to Metal panels. I decided to go with a new metal roof due to a longer life and Hurricane resistance. I contacted a couple of local metal roofers, and Triple Crown Roofing (813-715-4617). I went with Triple Crown due to their many years of experience with installing metal roofs, and their value-oriented pricing. I got the most bang for my buck with them.... a better roof for a lower price. Their workers were very hard-working and did a great job, The Crew-Leader Ramon was very knowledgeable, and assisted with repairing a "Dead Valley" area that had a previous leak. When it comes time for your shingle roof replacement (mine was 15 years old), I highly recommend that you go with a new metal roof installed by Triple Crown Roofing, Plus they have the longest workmanship guarantee -- 10 years

EXCELLENT!! Capps roofing was extremely professional all the way thru the process - from the detailed and accurate quote to the final installation and clean up. We were impressed with how efficient the crew removed the old roof while keeping the groups clean and protecting the lawn and shrubs. We had a surprise with the AC ducts when the roof was removed and discovered they needed to be replaced. Capps roofing was willing to work with our AC crew and coordinate the roof install around the ducts replacment. Truly above and beyond what they needed to do!! Total roofing did a fine job the crew was hard working. only problems I had with the job was from the metal roof product supplier. they were late getting the metal to the job site. Which slowed the whole job down. The roof while not finished when I last saw it, it was mostly complete. and looked great! Yes I would use them again for sure

Our insurance co. told us we needed a new roof on our large lanai. Dave & Kandy, owners of Triple Crown Roofing, came over & explained our options. Tying in a new lanai roof would be expensive & as the house roof was getting on in years, we decided to replace both roofs. We selected a metal roof that shows no screws. We had to remove solar panels & they showed us how to reinstall them with no screws going thru the new roof. Everything came out beautifully! They were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. We were never pressured to make a decision or to use them but we're so happy that we did. They are a husband & wife team & if you think a woman can't do roofing you'll be pleasantly surprised

I waited this long to write this review so that I would have the benefit of my new roof for at least 12 months. I am completely satisfied with the work of G&G, before, during, and after, installation. The roof is awesome! I’m sure it has added value to my home. Although it took a while to start the install after signing the contract, it was well worth the wait. Hurricane IRMA was the reason for the delay. Ray kept me updated throughout the process. We contracted with Direct Metal Roofing when our original roofing contractor (G&G Roofing of Rockledge, FL) repeatedly lied to us, refused to show up after 7 months of waiting, return calls, answer certified letter of inquiry, or even put up tarps to stop water leaks. Max, our sales rep at Direct Metal showed up on time & listened to what we wanted for our new roof. He gave us various options and was not pushy at all & gave us answers to all our questions. He promised our roof in 8-12 weeks but would probably be closer to 12 weeks, Max & office staff kept us up to date as to where we fell on the schedule & had tarps put up to stop the water leaks. Hector called & scheduled the delivery of materials & stated the crew would arrive by the end of the week to remove the old roof & clean up. Shane, our project manager, called to let us know when the new roofing crew would arrive & to let him know if we had any questions. The new crew arrived on time and by Friday our new roof was done. The roof passed every city of Rockledge inspection the 1st time! Shane & crew did a great job and did a very good job of cleaning up around the house when they were done. The staff at Direct Metal kept us well informed and promptly returned any phone call we made. If you are looking for a roofer that cares about your house as much as you do then Direct Metal Roofing is the company you need to call

My roof sprung a leak back in January and it was getting worse. Contacted several roofing contractors. Of course I was told a different story each time on what was happening to my roof. Not to mention quoted some outrageous repair estimates. In case you don't know - roofing contractors in Florida are not state regulated so you can really end up with some problems and huge expenses if you are not careful. Rick Smith from Bentley Roofing in Deerfield Beach arrived on time to survey my roof. He quoted me a price of $900 telling me that the metal valley was not rotted as I had previously been told....and did not need to be replaced....that the metal was actually very good quality....This is NOT what I'd heard from some other roofing companies. Having worked in my gated community before, he told me the roofs were all nailed on..... installed back in the 1990s which was before the new stricter standards were enacted. However, thankfully my roof was okay for the time being and did not need replacing....... Rick arrived promptly the next day with his worker and moved about 83 tiles to make sure that every length of the valley was checked then he realigned the valley, installed new membrane and set back the tiles with adhesive instead of the damaging nails. All in all it took about two days.....I am happy to report that. after a heavy downpour, my roof is no longer leaking into my guest bedroom ceiling. What a relief! Thanks Bentley Roofing

Arthur Knapp (owner) contacted me immediately after there was a miscommunication about the repair of a major leak over my patio. Arthur did a full roof inspection, including pictures, diagrams of the leak areas and water damage around my fireplace chimney as well as over my kitchen. Work was completed quickly and included a custom built metal chimney cap. It took less than a week to complete all the estimated work. Every time they worked on the repair, Arthur sent pictures and kept me updated on the status of the repair. Though there has only been one night that it has rained since the repair was completed, the area of the leak appears to be dry and well fortified. There is no trace that there was any damage in the area and after the work was complete the work area was cleaner than it was before the work started. Except for the newness of the chimney cap and boots, the repair area blends with the rest of the roof. Arthur and his team exceeded my expectations of the resolve of what would be considered a major leak! Therefore, I will definitely use Stratus Roofing for my future roofing needs, will recommend them to my family and friends as well as Angie's list members

They did a tremendous job. We are very pleased with the final results. Our only complaint was there was a leak around the skylights which took them two trys to repair. Eventually all good, they were responsive on the repairs, and even with the recent rain deluges we've had in last two weeks, not a single leak. We get complements on the roof all the time. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs

Keller roofing did an outstanding job. Day 1- All the material was placed on the roof. Day-2 The old roofing materials were removed and the underlayment was installed. Day 3- The new shingles were installed and the area was cleaned up. You would never know that they were at my home. The men were punctual and very professional crew. The price was very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone even if their price is slightly more than others

Master Roofing replaced our roof in 2002. The roof fared well during the hurricanes of 2004, but we noticed a few leaks this past summer. Master Roofing came out, gave us an estimate of $50-$60 to hammer down some loose nails, and put down some tar & caulking. I approved the estimate, and they started the job. They left without leaving a bill. I called the company, and they told me never mind about the bill because I have been a good customer, and I have referred many friends to them. I definitely recommend this company

It went good, the price went up a bit but that’s because of all the wood they had to replace. I’m glad they did, they don’t cut corners when it comes to quality that’s for sure. I feel like a have a very tough roof for the hurricanes or bad weather we have here in Florida.

It looks fantastic, and Prestige's work was excellent. Very professional across the board. They arrived on time, put the roof on with perfection and cleaned up the site perfectly (but with a metal roof, the entire job was way cleaner than an asphalt roof as they went over our existing shingles). So far, we will be saving $250 this year on our homeowner's insurance because of the new roof. We look forward to seeing if we also save on our electric bill
