Visionary Painting And Designs
The Master Suite area was painted to include walls, baseboards, doors and large bookcase. The master bathroom was remodeled to include a complete remodel of the shower area. The new tiles and stones were put in a beautiful manner to create an updated bathroom. The Master Spa was transformed from a bathroom to a lovely spa atmosphere. The next project was the living areas. These areas were each painted. New hardwood flooring and new baseboards were installed throughout the living, dining, family room, breakfast and kitchen areas. The addition of certain walls being painted in coordinating colors made the entire living areas updated and refreshed. The Visionary Team ensured all work was up to the highest standards. He was efficient. Finish (trim) work was very good. Plan on utilizing him again for concrete work and a room addition which will require additional window and glass door installations.

The electrician noted that the service panel needed to be updated to accommodate the power load created by a room addition. He also noted the lack of GFCI outlets in the kitchen area & 2 of our 3 bathrooms. He gave a quote for the cost of the updates & provided pictures of the problem spots.

I hired him to do just a few things. Gary and Kyle were so good I kept coming up with things I wanted done. They were always on time. They gutted a room and replaced the walls, removed windows, replaced windows, light electrical, fixed celing fans, removed ceiling fans, replaced several light fixtures, replaced several faucets which included kitchen and bathrooms, replaced shower heads. Removed vinyl flooring and replaced with new vinyl flooring, installed laminate floating floors. Removed cabinets installed cabinets. They seem to have done it all. They are a great one stop shop for all my remodel needs. I highly recommend them. They were a great price, honest, friendly and very prompt. All of the work Gary and Kyle did turned out beautiful. I originally hired them for 1 week worths of work, 3 weeks later my long list that I kept adding to finished. I trusted them enough to just give them the key to enter into home without me there

Project went smoothly from start to finish. Got an estimate in July and was put on schedule for work to be performed in August. Peter Chegini (owner) and his wife came to our home so we could explain the work we were requesting and what we wanted. They were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable with advice and suggestions to help us choose exactly what actions we would take. Rather than get other estimates we felt confident and comfortable that they would do a good job upon meeting them. A team of three workers, under Peter's supervision worked diligently to complete the project. They were on time, courteous, professional and worked very well together as a team. Work was promised to be completed in 3 days and it was. All work done was professional, materials used were of high quality and we are very satisfied. Paint color to existing walls was a perfect match and the finish work was remarkable. They were neat and clean and cleaned up after themselves daily. There was very little interruption to our household during the project. One company did it all, doors, walls/drywall, flooring, electrical, carpentry and painting

Brice was great to work with. Very responsive. After he stopped by to quote out the work he then came by to show us all of the paver color options we had to choose from. We originally had a scheduled install date at the end of April but Brice had an opening sooner while he was waiting on material for another job so he fit our project in. It took him and his father two days to complete the work. They were very professional and made quick work of something that would've taken me a week or more. He also installed a gutter that ran through the pavers so the house water run off would be carried away from the house. It looked better than expected. We are so happy with the final product and would definitely use Brice again in the future

I hired Nate with Professional Assembly Services to install a Mega Slam 672 Basketball Hoop and reposition a large playground set I already owned. He was able to perform the requested services within two days of my request. He and his crew were very polite, professional, and prompt. Based upon my measurements, the basketball hoop was plum, square, and level with my driveway (with a system of this size, being an inch off could throw the whole system off); which was a relief. I would recommend Nate and Professional Assembly Services to anyone who needs large sports and recreational equipment installed or put together

They were excellent! I thought it was a leak in the roof, but they found that it was in the chimney, due to crack and erosion. They took out the entire chimney and rebuilt it. They did the interior work, too, after the chimney leak had been taken care of, which was excellent too. I was 100% satisfied, from start to finish, including their follow-up. They are simply the best

They are very professional and did the job within the time they quoted. At the first consult they listened to what I requested and were able to work with me and my budget, it was refreshing to have someone who will do something other than a full remodel (I had contacted various other companies and they just wanted to rip the bathroom out). Extremely happy with the work done, was not home most of the time so had a few questions between days and left a note on the door of the bathroom for them to call me, they promptly called to answer my questions. They also did a little fixes around the bathroom that showed they wanted to do the job right! The staff was conscientious, professional, and extremely responsive to any questions I had about the work, from the owner to the secretary, what a great company. I would highly recommend them and am happy they listened to me and were able to deliver what they promised! THANK YOU!!!! Cannot wait to do the Kitchen counters and sink

What do customers in Orlando say about Man Cave Installation?
He is busy with other projects, but came back with a quote. It was outside my budget and almost not worth it for a single room addition. If we can knock about 10 to 15k off the price, i think that would be more reasonable. With that price including the pool screen, it would bring my cost to 60k, I feel the area and space could be done for at most 35k, and ild be willing to do some work to save cost.
