I called the company for an estimate to run a gas line from my existing meter to the opposite side of the house to feed my new gas spa heater. The rep arrived on-time and quickly sized up the job and gave the estimate. It seemed a little high but I've learned it was in the ballpark for a job like this one. The installers arrived on the install day and ran the line through the attic with flex-pipe as approved by code and is used in new construction. They connected it to the heater but could not check the operation because I had not yet finished connecting the power to the heater. Very good work

The job was technically fine. The crew on-site were competent and knowledgeable. My experience with the office was uncomfortable because, I believe, all were very busy and did not follow through considering the insignificant size of the job. Delays in contacts occurred and the crew arrived with no knowledge of the actual repair need; consequently the failed to have an essential part. This required their return the following day. There was an overcharge on the initial bill (due to the repeated "first hour") which was promptly corrected upon my request. There is no complaint following the job completion nor for the crew doing the job

Alligator plumbing has a topshelf service team with an incredible work ethic . Our remodel is already considerably past the original deadline. We have had to reschedule a family event twice already, which is now scheduled for tomorrow, July 9th 2022. Chris (topshelf plumber #1) showed up onsite and I met him in the driveway. When I saw he was alone I asked him if he was working by himself because of how much work there was to complete; 3 Sink hookups, 2 garbage disposals, refrigerator water line, dishwasher, pot filler and the gas line for the range. When Chris heard how much there was to do and that our family gathering is tomorrow, he made a couple phone calls and 3 other topshelf plumbers showed up within the hour. JUNIOR😉, Lee and Sean.This was 2pm on a Friday afternoon and these incredible men busted everything out in under 3 hours. I cannot emphasize enough how hard it is in today's craziness to find a company who cares, let alone one who's employees strive to be the best. Never got to the installation process. In fact, never got them to come out after scheduling for an estimate THREE different times where they cancelled every time. Apparently one of their technicians was sick (understandable) and they re-scheduled. And then it happened again. And then the final time they just never showed up and when I called, they said, "oh, I thought someone called you". Nope. They don't seem to care about their customers, awful communication, and then when I questioned them on this, they basically shrugged their shoulders and said sorry without offering any kind of solution. NEVER would use or recommend them to anyon

First off Jesse Crawford is a pro, I had a list of things needing to be done/quoted and I did not stump Jesse once. Had great options for the gas lines, we talked about running a gas line into the back yard for future gas grill, venting in the laundry room and options for plumber water lines in the kitchen. I did take lots of notes and settled on doing the gas lines for stove and dryer in 2 weeks. Options on doing the work were firm quote or time and material, pro and cons to doing both but Jesse thought the time and material would be the best option and able to reduce the hourly rate to make sure it was indeed the best deal for me. If you request Jesse I can assure you good things will happen

Terrific job, would definitely use Dial P again. Installation was really smooth and professional. I bought my own Rinnai tankless heater... Better deals online with coupons and such. Found Dial P on the Rinnai website as a certified Rinnai dealer and installer. They did the install on the outside of my 60s era concrete block home and removed my old....really old Kenmore...tank water heater. Modified some of the gas line in the laundry room where the old water heater was and reconnected the tiny water line that feed my fridge/ice maker. The used high quality heavy gage copper for the water lines that tied in seamlessly to my 50 year old plumbing system. Very heavy gage gas line. None of that "flexi" pipe stuff. Real classic tried and true plumbing job. I am a VERY happy customer

This work was to repair items noted in a home inspection. Joe and Hunter arrived on time and came prepared to tackle the jobs. They reviewed the tasks with me and went to work. Joe took the time to investigate some additional items of concern I pointed out and answer my questions clearly. I have one repair that I'm going to acquire the part and fix myself. Joe gave me clear instructions on how to do the work and he left me some supplies as well. Joe's a pro and Hunter has an excellent teacher. Their, and by extension SPR's, level of service should be a model to all service providers. Professional, competent, pleasant, understanding and caring. I highly recommend SPR for your plumbing needs
