While ultimately the project helped to achieve what I needed it to achieve, there was immense frustration regarding communication. Calls and texts were not responded to in a timely manner, and it was extremely difficult getting Eagle to commit to a date when the project would commence. I was told several times, "You're on the calendar for next week," but was never able to be told what date that was, at what time, etc. As a major corporation, I would expect that there be a master calendar and, while I understand that weather can sometimes alter that, a 2-day range would have been nice. In addition, once the work commenced, there was a discrepancy between what the workers were going to do and what the project manager had discussed with us. That confusion would not have happened had the project manager been present on the initial day of work. In addition, there was a lack of attention to detail. Some drains were installed and covered partially with concrete. When they did their cleanup, they just ignored this - I had to clean up myself. As stated, at the end of the day, the work completed was fine, but the communication just created unnecessary frustration and stress

After the job was completed it was apparent the patio surface did not have a proper even pitch for draining off water. The owner returned twice to hand grind off some of the high spots to help drain water. We were left with surface patches showing aggregate. It looks terrible.

I had dug out the designated area. They filled in and packed the bed. We were out of town for the week that they put in the forms and poured the concrete. But when we returned everything was done to the exact specification I had given them. I would use the guys again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I originally conacted Robert because he was on Angie's List and was local. He was very responsive, and was able to adjust his schedule to conform to the delays in obtaining HOA approval and the city permit. As it turned out, the unexpected delay in getting final HOA approval pushed the completion date up to the time we had to leave on a trip, and the pouring hadn't occurred as yet. He had impressed us enough with his integrity that we were comfortable having him finish the job in our absence. He did everything expected and was totally professional. We would rcommend him without qualification

I saved money and time by Hiring Ron to remove my patio concrete slab. I was thinking of removing it my self when several pool companies quoted some pretty high prices. I then called Ron who is highly recommended on online reviews. His pricing was fair and he had all the right equipment and experience to do it safely. I love hard work but in this case I am lucky I listened to my Wife and hired the pro himself who has all the right equipment. The job was more difficult than anticipated but he never added one penny to the extra work. I rarely give reviews but I knew that this guy deserved one and here it is! Ron did a fantastic job and I will use him again and recommend him. Listening to him on how he started his business was entertaining and motivating. Thanks for sharing Ron! Lui

Maurice gave me an estimate over the phone since I knew exactly what size walk I wanted. He and his brother were on time and were professional, friendly, and helpful. A pipe from the down spout was buried where the walk was to go, and I thought the incline of the sidewalk would be sufficient to carry the water away from the house. There was a knock on the door after about an hour, and Maurice wanted to rebury the pipe next to the sidewalk. They did not charge me extra to do this even though it involved extra work. I appreciate their thoroughness and desire to do the job right. I would not have known the difference until after a big rain when I had water on my porch

First let me say that my husband and I are very picky people who value a good work ethic, attention to detail, and someone we can communicate with when something arises during construction that may not be to our liking. We got estimates from 5 other companies and chose Eagle because of the owner Wagner, who I had read about in other Angie's List reviews. Without question he met all of our requirements (which was not our experience when building our pool). He provided addresses of work he had done similar to what we wanted; we checked out 4 driveways and even spoke with 2 owners when we stopped by. Looking for cracking we saw none and both customers were very pleased. Basically everything went just as Wagner said it would with regards to timing and approving final design before pouring concrete. The employees were professional and understanding even when I had them alter part of the form on the curving walkway. Wagner recommended colors that look beautiful and do not compete with the original stone on the 1980's home. Some would say I am picky, however I would say I have a good eye for design and like things done well. When I was not happy with some of the border coloring, Wagner explained to me why it overlapped some of the stamped concrete and his men came out and made the color corrections. He was present on much of the job and made sure we were completely pleased before sealing the driveway. Numerous neighbors have come by to say how great it looks and total strangers have stopped to take pictures of the Eagle sign with their phone number on it. I can truly say we are happy with the results and the curb appeal of our home has been greatly increased
