Go Mobile Flooring was referred to me by a friend of mine. I called and made an appointment, within a couple of days the sales person came to my house with their mobile showroom. On the following week I was already on the schedule for installation of my products. The crew was very friendly and professional; they were very clean and efficient. My wood flooring was installed beautifully in a couple days approximately 2,600 Square feet. The cabinet installer did an outstanding job with all the trims and the install of my kitchen cabinets are just wonderful. The granite was installed in the following week, everything looks great. Go Mobile Flooring was a very good option for the remodel of my property I am very happy with the entire staff. Thanks so much, I am so very happy!!

Total Home Roofing
All went well. But the issues we had was that they were supposed to coordinate with our A/C people to check all connections. The workers didn't know this and it was too late. It was also supposed to get sprayed for pest control while the roof was off. None of this was able to be done because the workers didn't know any of this. Once the roof was done there were still bows in a few of the trusses. They took off some of the metal and added more strength. The part that still scares me is that once everything was done we had a good rain and rain came into our home through the new skylghts and places where there was any seam work, like the fireplace. They had only used caulk in these areas. They had to come back out and actually add metal reinforcement to all the seams. I have to be sure to tell anyone that goes up on the roof to avoid any seams when they walk on it. I'd use them again though. The important thing to me is that I will have to stay on top of everything that is done. My neighbor used them after me and had the same experience. Communication between the workers and the office fell short

It did not go at all. I called for an appointment last week and one was set up for the following Tuesday (Jan. 25, 2022) for noon to 4:00pm. I also had asked for the technician to call when they were on their way. The home is empty and the repair was needed for the purposes of selling the home. The day of the appointment, I called to verify the appointment and the time. I then waited for the time period (noon to 4:00pm). No one came and no one called. When I called Lenhaart, I was first told there was no appointment. The young lady asked the address. After a moments search she said, "Oh, that is a mobile home." I said "yes." She then said, "We don't work on mobile homes." I then said, "It would have been nice if someone had told me that when I made the appointment." "We are sorry about that," she said and at that point the call came to an end. I was rather disappointed having waited for 4 hours for someone that never had any intention of fulfilling the appointment and the problem still requires repair. I am quite disappointed with Lenhart Electric and could certainly not recommend them, especially to anyone who owns a mobile home

Well, to be honest, Tony and I didnt get off to a great start, but he and Obrey,(not sure how to spell that) sure made up for any doubts I may have had. I talked to Tony, and he was out the next day to give me written estimate. First of all let me say, I live in a mobile home in East Orlando, and several electricians will not work on mobile homes. Kudos to Phaze Electric and the owner. From the estimate to the work being completed was super, customer service, professional, easy to communicate with, they listened to exactly what my wife and I wanted... completed and delivered. 3 additional plugs, new circuit, fan installed and wired, new porch light installed, 2 outside plugs replaced. No, it was not a normal install for them, but they did a great job, and even painted some of the electrical trim pieces, and purchased plugs and covers to match the aluminum on the porch. I would hire them again in a heartbeat

The technician came out. He called while en route and when he arrived unfortunately they were doing something to our elevator and he had to climb the stairs which he did without complaint. He replaced some wiring and the problem was solved and also replaced the GFCI outlet which came with a much more secure cover. He cleaned up after himself and even responded to a question from my husband about our ceiling fan which led to our discovery that the design is lousy but there is nothing wrong with the fan. He was very polite and we were satisfied with the job

Everything went well, the wires were originally too short, so they were able to lengthen the wires and install new electrical boxes for us. There was some slight confusion on several representatives showing up for our appointment, but they handled it very well and the work was completed and they gave us a reasonable rate on the additional materials needed to complete the job. Jerry asked if I would do a review for him when he was in my area doing a kitchen the last week and of course I said YES. He is such a good guy he even chatted with me when I know he was busy. I even met his employee Billy. I don't want to get in trouble with my neighbors but I even told him to be careful with his current customer because she has a terrible reputation with complaining about everything. He thanked me and assured me it was ok he did a bathroom vanity for her about a year ago, about the time when I met him. He is such a good guy. Jerry has done a few jobs for me about a month ago and did great work. He has also done work for a family member of mine. He was always on time and prices were more than fair. He even did some little things while he was here and didn't even charge me. He is my only go to when I need anything done. Im have issues with mobility, so he has been a blessing to my elderly self. If I could do more for him I would, he deserves it, hopefully this will suffice. Thank you Jerry for everything

Wayne called about 45 minutes prior to the appointment time to say he was running a little late and was that okay with me. I told him not to worry as I had plenty of time. When he did arrive, he rekeyed the locks, flipped the deadbolt (for some unfathomable reason it has been installed upside down), and cut 6 new keys in very quick order. Nice guy, personable, professional and extremely efficient

Liberty floors did a great work on my flooring and backsplash. Amy the owner was very communicative, was available for my questions and always replied in a reasonable amount of time. $ 50.00 not refundable fee to give estimate, which they will credit to job if hired. Accepted this, but not thrilled.They start late for a contractor, after 10 AM. Access door was good, but after work completed & they were paid, I noticed a week later that they had painted the edges of the removable plastic grill covering the dryer vent, sticking it to siding. Paint splashed inside sealed vent louvers, causing an airflow message on my dryer. The vent got clogged & I could have had a fire. I fixed it myself. Front door opening was not measured correctly, which delayed project, since wrong size was purchased by Chase, Chase did purchase upgraded, more expensive door, at his expense, but may not have cost any more, & could have cost less because I know those doors in stock were on sale. Section of molding not nailed securely in bedroom & probable needs just 6 more nails. PROBLEM HERE IS I CAN'T GET THEM OUT HERE TO FIX PROBLEM & BACK UP THEIR WORK!!!!! They missed an appointment & did not call me. Now it has been over a week since I last contacted them & requested a call to reschedule. Have not heard back
