Ian from In Phaze Electric was exceptional. He patiently worked through the project, accommodating our request to reposition fans and stayed as long as he needed to for completing the work. Most impressive was their honesty in charging us the quoted price and not haggling about the exact time spent down to minutes. In the middle of the installation, we discovered that one of the purchased fan was not working properly (emanating a loud hum). Ian spoke with the Customer Service and determined that it was a bad unit. He uninstalled the unit and installed an exchange we quickly obtained from Home Depot within the hour. I'd have no reservation in using their service again and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else. They take pride in their work and do not take customer satisfaction for granted - looks like they strive to earn it. I hope they maintain this philosophy

Dwight, the technician we had from Brevard Electric was a magician. He was able to find a way to get power to all fans inside the ceilings. This was a difficult task given the concrete ceilings and walls. Can't say enough good things about the work and price. Ask for Dwight if he is available. You won't be disappointed. Angela the coordinator was also very helpful and made things happen to ensure our tight timelines were met

They did a fabulous job. Working with Scott to figure out what equipment to buy and working with the electricians to figure out the best way to install the equipment was extremely helpful. The guys they sent out were top-notch and really knew their stuff. When they were done, it looked like the equipment was part of the original install in the home. They were very attentive and helped me to figure out the most effective way to install the equipment. The only recommendation I would have is to make sure you get an estimate up front since I wasn't told what the rate would be for 2 people vs 1. Other than that, I can't say enough good things about what a pleasure it was to work with Henry Electric

For the exhaust fan installation, he was concerned about covering things first as he needed to cut into the ceiling and go up in the attic. Had to crawl across attic rafters on board / stomach due to low ceiling. Got done quickly and was fine with answering questions. Previously, called him out to install a ceiling fan, a whole home surge protector (WHSP) and a new electrical outlet / line in the garage. Patiently waitied while I went to Home Depot to replace ceiling fan that was defective out of the box. With the WHSP, there weren't any open breakers in the panel, so he added one (little bigger than needed) and got it done quickly. With the new electrical line, had to go up into the attic, but was again finished reasonably quickly

Their knowledge of doing a ceiling fan installation was not good, they couldn't troubleshoot simple stabilization of the ceiling fan and figuring out how to handle the ceiling fan not working properly. The lightbulbs were not the correct ones and the wiring was mixed up on one of the fans

Had lost the remote to our ceiling fan, needed it rewired to the second switch so we could use the fan again. He was on time and had a folding scaffolding to work safely. Most impressive, however, was how he neatly laid out the parts of the fan as he disassembled them to get to the wiring. That level of extra care is hard to find. He will be my go-to for future needs

I had a long list of work I wanted done and they finished it quickly, especially considering how difficult others told me it would be. I have very limited attic space and was told by multiple companies it would be difficult and very costly to do work in my home. I had a long list of things I wanted done and they finished it quickly. They did an awesome job with everything and cleaned up any mess they made. If I hadn’t been here while they were working, I wouldn’t have even known they were there with the exception of all my new light fixtures and outlets! I would definitely recommend Core Electric and will be calling them again to do some more work for me in the near future
