The vent is located under the house in the crawl space. The handymman they sent was Keith McBrien, he arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional and thorough. The total he charged was even a bit less than his estimate.

Excellent work. During the initial appointment, Vinny documented my requests and measured the space. He followed up with an estimate and scheduled the appointment to construct the shelves. He and his son were punctual and professional. Their work is top notch. These are not typical shelves just installed on the wall. He climbed into the attic crawl space and anchored the shelves through the ceiling w/wire cable. They are extremely sturdy and strong. I highly recommend this company for any home projects you may have

Due to a roof leak, we experienced mold growth on a garage wall underneath the fiberglass insulation. We did not find the mold until we had the roof repaired. We were extremely happy with Expert Mold Removal Inc. They performed quality work, helped explain and offered solutions when we were in "panic mode"; they were prompt, responsible, very knowledgeable and reliable all throughout this rather large project. The problem and why we hired them initially, stemmed from when the tenants were out of town for two weeks (on work), came back and saw what looked to be black mold growing on different areas surrounding the a/c, bathroom closet and even on the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom. The tenants called the individual owner's property manager, right away. The owner’s property manager knew she needed an expert opinion and proposal to help determine what the problem was, where it was coming from, an assessment of the damage and how to repair and correct it. Expert Mold Removal handled the entire project management and repair, from beginning to end. The walls sounding their new air handler and platform the handler sits on, areas of the ceiling in different rooms/areas, walls, electrical panel were all stained from water intrusion and black mold had grown. Expert Mold Removal Inc. went above and beyond; even continuing after their job was complete. In fact, we have hired them again, to do further work that was not related to this job specifically. We would definitely recommend them!!

When the house was back to normal that we contacted this company to come get the carpet removed and they came out the next day. They also had taken one of our screwdrivers that looked just like their tools that they use in dismantling the floors and also returned with an apology. This is the first time that we had to go through this process and this company make something miserable into a pleasant experience. When you are in the panic mode that dealing with a class act company can make all the difference in making you feel more at ease. During this time that the owner of the company was dealing with a personal crises which did not affect the effectively of his company. My heart and prayers go out to Gregg Minshall and his family.
