We initially went to the display lot in Port St John about a month ago to inquire about shed prices. We saw a storage shed that was large enough to suit our purposes, and the price seemed reasonable. We got clearance from our homeowner's association for installation of the shed. We arranged with our lawn irrigation company to cap one of the sprinkler heads that will be covered by the shed. We arranged with our pest control company to relocate one or two of the termite bait stations that will have to be moved because of the location of the shed.In the interim we checked the company's website and requested additional information about their sheds. Someone contacted us yesterday. He advised us that, because of the location where we wanted to place the shed, we should check with the person at the display lot to confirm whether or not there was any filing requirement with the county. It turned out there was none. The person at the display lot, Michael Huber, gave us all the information we needed, we believe, to make an informed purchase decision, e.g. choice of materials (aluminum v vinyl); choice of flooring (plywood v composite); trim color; door size, including whether we wanted it hinged on the left or hinged on the right; and the orientation of the shed, i.e. to place it so that any rain runoff would not collect along the side of the house. (We are placing the shed against the house.)We went over a checklist of items regarding delivery and installation of the shed, e.g. location of a/c unit, water lines and sprinkler heads, overhang clearance, location of trees and fences, etc.We paid by credit card, and arranged for the shed to be installed once it has been built and delivered to the display lot, which is expected to be in app. two weeks.7/19/12 - I received a phone call today from the company advising me that my shed would arrive at the display lot on Monday, and that I could have it delivered any day except Thursday, which was already booked. I told Mr. Huber that I had to arrange with the sprinkler company to cap one of the sprinkler heads where the shed is to be situated. I expect to arrange for delivery of the shed within the week. We arranged to have the shed installed on 7/31/12, between 9am and 10am. The installation would be performed by an independent contractor.7/31/12 - The independent contractor, Shed Movers of Florida, arrived on time, and immediately began preparations for moving the shed off the trailer, and to the spot in the back yard where I wanted the shed installed. Two men positioned the shed on rollers, and carefully maneuvered the shed between the house and the fence, ensuring that nothing was damaged (the shed, the fence, or the house [gutters and downspouts]). The men made sure that the shed was level, and installed anchors in each corner. One of the pieces of trim had to be cut adjusted a little. From arrival to departure, it took less than 90 minutes. There was an installation fee to move the shed into position -- $1/ft for every foot over 20 or 25 feet (I don't remember exactly). The installation fee was $80. As it stands right now, the shed is in position, and I already commenced moved items from the garage to the shed. The one thing that I didn't allow for was that the surface of the shed floor sits several inched above the ground. I didn't allow for a step up, either for steps or a ramp. I'll work on that over time.

From the beginning.....walking onto the lot, meeting Tim and then walking into the office we were hooked! Very professional and friendly service. Great quality. Ordered our shed and kept in touch to let us know when it would arrive. When it did.....they let us know when they would be here. The truck pulled up after just half an hour. THEN.......they had our 8 x 12 shed off the truck, in the back yard and installed in just another half hour. Super impressive. We love the workmanship on our new shed and highly recommend Shed Movers. Great service from beginning to end!

Sheds By WW Jones Inc

Sheds By WW Jones are very thorough in how they explain what is going to be done as far as how they are going to construct these sheds. They put in vents front and back, a window if you want it, and a ramp if you want it. They build the shed on site. They build it to the size I want and what I want. They do custom sheds. The shed that they built is rated for 140 mile per hour winds. They use all pressure treated floor boards. The entire bottom of the shed is pressure treated. The sides are made of Hardie Board, which is cement board. It is very expensive. I know they put it on houses for siding sometimes. That is the way they do the entire shed. It is just incredible. I got a double door, so I could put my lawn tractor in there. They did exactly what I wanted and the size I wanted. I had some size restraints, because of where I wanted it. There were set requirements from the building inspector, but they did everything I wanted the way I wanted it. They explained everything. They were very good. I would give them an A for everything.

I did some research online when I needed a shed for my backyard, and the Shedmovers web site had the most information. I drove up to their Titusville location and met with Tim Ryan, their Sales Manager, who was very professional and knew a lot about the shed business. I was impressed with the quality of the Lark Shed that I purchased and the anchoring that is done once the shed is in place. I picked out a shed on their lot, and they told me it would be delivered 2 days later at 7:00 a.m. This morning, delivery day, they called me at 6:45 a.m. and said they were 10 minutes away. In less than an hour, the crew delivered, leveled and anchored the shed in my yard. If you want a well built shed sold by a group of friendly, professional people, go see these guys. It will be well worth the trip.

Working with Dave and his team was an incredible experience. I requested a 12'x16' cabana for my backyard. Dave was able to understand and derive what I was looking for and helped me understand the build during each step of the process. Each person who I interfaced with from the architect to the electrician was genuinely curious of what I wanted and explained benefits and drawbacks of every decision. At the end of it all, I am incredibly happy with the final product. Here's how Dave went above and beyond: this project was in parallel with a pool build adjacent to the cabana. Dave understood my concerns with my pool contractor's schedule and bent over backwards to ensure it wasn't his project delaying the overall build. Across the couple months - from contract to finish - Dave communicated progress consistently and frequently. All of my concerns were immediately addressed with an identified path forward. I can't say enough good things about Elevation Contractors and will continue to recommend them to my neighbors while looking forward to my next project with Dave and his team.

Overall, this was the perfect experience. Dave handled all of the necessary government permits and hoop-jumping for our HOA. They arrived early and worked hard, completing the shed in only two days. They left the paperwork for final permit approval and cleaned up after themselves completely. The shed is beautiful, incredibly well-built, and the envy of all of our neighbors. If you are in the market for a shed, garage, gazebo, or other storage building, you should call Dave at Old South!

Recent Review: Majestic Shed is a family owned and operated company. I met with Dayle V. and we decided on layout and options.. Dayle pulled the permit and scheduled the installation. The crew arrived when expected and were very capable and efficient. Everyone had a task to do and they proceeded to do them in parallel. For example, the wood for the floor frame was being cut before they finished unloading the rest of the material from the trailer. They finished that day except for the trim on the windows. They left the trim off so the inspector could make sure the windows were installed properly. The inspection was done the next day and the following day the trim was installed on the windows. I am very satisfied with the finished shed. The workmanship and materials used were much better than I saw in the demo sheds at the big box stores. The cost was less as well. This is a family company that takes pride in it's work.
