The first time they came out our heating element was replaced. They tested, said it worked and went on their way. I tested that night and it seemed to work but I didn't watch it thoroughly. We paid $219 to Arrow Appliance Edmond LLC for that transaction. My wife noticed that the dishwasher was still not heating correctly after a few washes. I called back and rescheduled. Someone called to confirm our appointment and talked me into believing that the dishwasher did actually work and that it just might not get as hot now as it did before. His convincing conversation went on so long that he was talking in circles and was getting tired of listening to it, I cancelled the new appointment. I believed him not knowing that my wife had done additional testing. So I had to call back and make another appointment where I was told that the part would be no more than $85 and that labor would be comped since the issue was not originally taken care of ( I did not relay this information to my wife ). My wife made out a personal to Jason Pomeroy for $147.32. So not only did we over pay by at least $62.32 but we also inadvertently made some under the table deal which seems like fraud. So all in all, we paid $366.32 to have our 2-3 year old Whirlpool dishwasher repaired. We could have nearly bought a new dishwasher for that price.

We bought a foreclosure, as-is house. The dishwasher was not filling with water. Arrow Appliance replaced the water inlet valve and copper line. They had to order the part and come back for installation, but they did not charge their diagnosis/service call fee for either day.. Jason also quoted me $3 to replace the copper connector to the water line but ended up changing out the entire line for a better version to prevent leaks. He held true to the three dollar quote despite providing a more expensive piece of equipment. However I do think there was a pretty big markup on the valve piece from their equipment supplier-- I found them online for about half the price. I was very pleased with Jason's courtesy and professionalism. When he called to say that he was on his way back after retrieving the water line, I asked him not to ring the doorbell because my daughter was napping. He obliged, and proceeded to talk in very quiet tones and take great efforts to work quietly so he didn't wake her up. That may not seem like a big deal, but it was to this mom! I would use Arrow Appliance Repair again, although I might procure the needed replacement parts myself instead of going through their supplier.

Our dishwasher leaked water that ruined our kitchen floor. We called Arrow Appliance Repair because of great service in the past. They were prompt in arriving at the appointed time. Jason quickly assessed the leak on our 2011 Kenmore Elite dishwasher. He showed me exactly what was causing it and described in detail his experience with this particular model of dishwasher. The Kenmore Elite model 665.1393 has a known history of leaking for the same reason as ours. Jason said they could fix the very small and inexpensive o-ring that was causing the leak but the design of this dishwasher requires the entire bottom unit of the machine to be removed in order to get to it. He said the expense of all that would be $365. That's about half the price, or more, of a new dishwasher. Unfortunately (and probably predictably) our extended warranty with Sears was for only three years. It made no sense to us to pay for this much service required on a clearly defective machine that might do the same thing in another four years. Jason agreed with us and gave us valuable advice on possible replacement dishwashers. We appreciated his honestly and valuable insight. We thought it was well worth the price of a service call even though he didn't actually work on our dishwasher. When we began to write the check to Arrow, Jason said there would be no charge. We tried to insist but he said what we had already come to know - that Arrow is interested in being in business for the long haul and the right reasons. They want to do right by their loyal customers. We can vouch first hand for that. I could not recommend a company more highly than Arrow Appliance Repair.

The representative said that the problem was a board and that we should just buy a new dishwasher rather than spend the money for a new board. The dishwasher was 11 years old.

We had Doug work on our dishwasher. The arm on the dishwasher was not turning. He showed up on time, went right to work, and was able to fix our dishwasher extremely fast. He repaired the bearings and the arm was good as new. Since the repair was a small one, he did some "maintenance" work on the dishwasher he spotted for free, which cleared the arm spouts, made the racks move smoother and talked to us about the detergent we were using that was causing unnecessary buildup in our machine. He was really nice and his prices were more than fair.

We paid them $55 for the diagnostic. The guy was really nice and he told us how much it would cost to fix and it wasn't worth fixing. The dishwasher wasn't draining and he took the time to suction out all the nasty water and he gave us information about dishwashers for the future.

Recent Review: On time and reasonable cost. We moved in to our house and found that the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher had problems. Also didn't know how to use some of the features. Vick confidently and with old world charm determined solutions to the problems, and explained ways we could use these older appliances more efficiently and successfully without paying for expensive parts to repair. He removed and replaced a panel which covered filth that I was then able to clean out of the refrigerator! This gentleman is trustworthy and knowledgeable. Very thoughtful and genuinely helpful. We're calling him for sure next time we have problems.

Recent Review: Harvey came out to service my dishwasher. The computer panel was not working. He told it would cost $229. The dishwasher is 9 years old so we told him we would probably just replace it. We went shopping and found that stainless steel dishwasher prices have gone up a lot in the last month. We decided to repair our old one instead. Harvey ordered the part and installed it within days. He applied the cost of the earlier service call to my total. A few days after it was fixed, it stopped working again. I called and he came out that day. It had blown some sort of fuse when the computer part overheated. He replaced the fuse with no charge. He was very quick, polite and knowledgeable.
