Excellent response and follow up on initial inquiry. The owner David and the counter manager Rob were very helpful in securing lights for my 1970 vintage swimming pool

They were very efficient and they were excellent. They came out and did the job in two days. They were actually understated their estimate so I believe them to be and they are very credible plumbers. These guys were fairly competent. They are not a huge company though and they got all their stuff with them. They measured everything they did, they were really exact things for a plumber and they made the 9 degree bends. They made sure that was a perfect turn. The plumbers were very profession and clean and didn't smoke cigarettes. They were very professional and very courteous. I just can't think of anything that they did that I didn't like so I believe they are going to go pretty far with their prompt service and they have got plenty of work which impressed me. They are a good solid company.

Did not deliver product on time, was over 1 mo. late, parts were missing, no action form company to replace just voicemail, installers left dirt and cardboard containers all over the yard. Do Not Use would not recommend them or hire them again.

I bought a Loop-Loc pool cover from Chet in Oct 2017 and had a great experience. His assessment and estimate were done with honesty and professionalism, and I was impressed that the custom cover arrived when he said it would and immediately installed. In addition, his willingness to provide free pool advice was unexpected and much appreciated. Will I call him again? Yes I will.

I called A-Pro Services to help with leaks around the pump for my filter and also to replace an inline pool chlorinator. The chlorinator was 12 years old and had a small crack that could not be repaired. Chet was prompt in getting to me the next day after I called. August is the hottest month in Oklahoma and I am sure this was the busiest time of the swimming pool season. Chet was very knowledgeable and knew what he needed to do to solve my problems. He was friendly and personable but worked efficiently and did not waste time. A-Pro seemed to me to be a strange name for a business until I observed Chet while he worked. If you want a professional (A-Pro) to take care of your pool problems call Chet Lewis. I will definitely call Chet to take care of any future problems I have with my pool or my hot tub.

The plaster job was completed at the end of April. .Weeks later it started getting streaks in the plaster. Now six months later we are having more problems with the plaster. It looks like dirt at the bottom of the pool in the deep end. Brushing does not make it disappear. I asked my contractor to call and have Caribbean Pool and Plaster come out and check the plaster wok due to this problem. I never got anywhere with him. He never seemed to make an appointment for us. I called Mr. Garcia at Caribbean Pool and Plaster four months ago about the streaks. He said that he was going on vacation and he would get back to me when he got back. That never happened. I have called repeatedly and get only a voice mail. I have left many messages and never have had a phone call returned. On two occasions when I finally reached him directly, he made appointments to come out to look at the pool and then never showed up. The last appointment he made to come out was four days ago. He never showed up again. I called him the day of the last appointment and also sent a text to find out if he was still coming because we were waiting for him. He did not respond. I have tried two more times to contact him and now his voice mail is full.

The pool was closed incorrectly by someone else last year and was in pretty bad shape. The Pool Doctor worked diligently to get the pool clean.

My Honest Review. Great Company, small issues..No Pool Company is perfect. I also had a Pleasant Pool installed late last summer/fall of 2011. It is Beautiful!! I am Very happy with the final product and we are enjoying our swim. Cracking in the deck was my issue. In fairness, the pour occurred in the hottest time. There were no expansion joints at one of the skimmers, so.... cracks occurred. The other skimmer has a severe crack that routed around the expansion joint. Yes, concrete cracks. Although, it cracked within two weeks of the pour. I wanted a base of crushed limestone instead of sand. (Never had concrete crack on limestone base.) They don't use it. They have said that they will repair the cracks sometime. I do believe them. May take awhile, but they will help you. Pleasant pools has never done me wrong. If it is urgent, they will also respond. You should supervise installation yourself if you have time. I have known this company since 1997.They helped me Greatly when I lived at another location with the painful Blue Haven Pool I had put in. Stay away from BH. Anyway, all said and done, they perform above and beyond. pleasant did a GREAT job and they continue to assist if I have problems. Constructive Criticism: 1. To save customer crack complaints in the future, use crushed limestone as your base for the deck. 2. Better Supervision. The entire Staff is Fantastic!! I highly recommend Pleasant Pools

In Jul 07, we signed a contract with Black Gold Pools We had some permit issues (we were told that they would handle the permits, but we had to do it), so the work was started approximately 24 Sept. 07. The wrong chlorinator was delivered and we were told the correct one would be installed the following week. We have been trying for weeks to get someone at the company to return our calls and let us know when the pool will be finished. The contract says that 90% of the pool cost must be paid after the pool is in the ground. Apparently, once Black Gold Pools gets the big money they don't feel it necessary to respond to customers. We were told it would be complete within 2 weeks, their website says 3-12 days. It's been over 7 weeks since the pool was put it and it still isn't finished. We have not heard from the pool contractor in over 7 weeks. We have found this company to be totally unresponsive. This has been one of the most frustrating and negative experiences we have ever had.

Excellent quality work. Respectable work crews who cleaned their work site. Work completed for estimated cost. My only complaint, it was difficult to get him here for estimate and to start work. He is getting very busy. He is worth the wait. Just wish he would be upfront about his time constraints.
