The initial visit was great, very professional and well informed. The next visit was to perform maintenance. The furnace was malfunctioning, so the tech recommended I replace it or replace costly parts. Since it was 19 years old and giving me problems during the last few years I decided to replace it. We scheduled a day for the replacement. On that day the technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They did drop my humidifier once during the installation, and forgot to secure it again before they left and it fell off again so they had to come back to secure it. Having it fall after they left startled me but when I called the company and they sent them back immediately. It appeared to be an honest mistake. The humidifier was slated to be replaced, and was not part of the job, so I really don't hold that against them. But if it was a new, or nearly new, item they would have likely damaged it, so they should probably be careful when they are handling equipment not related to their installation and belonging to their customers.
