The repairs to the sewer lift station could not be repaired by the plumbing company before church services started the following morning. They recommend Forrest. I called Forrest and worked out an agreement to be charged $215 per 1,000 gallons pumped and that they would arrive at 7:30AM the following morning. When I arrived around 7:45AM the truck was in place, and pumping had started. It was at that time John Forrest said he would be charging $215 per hour, not $215 per 1,000 gallons as agreed. I told him I felt he had an unfair advantage to which he responded "I don't want you to feel that way. Please call around." I had 900 people showing up over the next 4 hours and had no time to call around on Sunday morning for another provider. I had no choice but to allow Forrest to stay. After Services, when all was pumped and dry, I requested Forrest, Inc to provide the details for a new quote to replace the failed equipment (this required going into the wet well to extract pump information). John said they would come back the following day to do this, which they did. A week later an invoice for $325 was received for services to enter the well and retrieve information to provide a quote. With legal consultation, I paid this company $325 for services provided on 2/8 and $0.00 for services provided 2/9. I've received no response from the company.
