Matching on Angi
Had a problem with a brand new LG dryer. Called LG and they assigned this service provider for warranty work. LG scheduled me for Tuesday of the next week. Home Run called on the intervening Saturday and said (with no small amount of exasperation) that LG didn't know his availability and he wouldn't be able to get to me until Wednesday. Little annoying, but not really his fault and fortunately Wednesday was just as good for me. He showed up in the window scheduled and had the issue fixed in no more than 15 minutes. Not the most personable guy, but seemed to know what he was doing.
