Their product is not only robust and the best we have seen when compared with other well known brands and other local brands but what amazed me is the whole experience we had with them from beginning to end. They were very professional in their sales approach (no pushing or cheap sales tactics), quality product and top notch customer service. To top it off, their install (7 windows...I was very worried about the mess and the result) was just impeccable. Their installed came on time, were very professional, clear, did a superb install and left with the house as good as when they came in. I wish every contractor was like them....I highly recommend them for anybody wishing to replace or install new windows. Keep it up Tri-State..need for professionals contractors like you guys. Mo

We are extremely pleased with our "Magnolia" experience,from our first Zoom meeting with Will to discuss our project to the completion of the home project. We had 7 windows installed,siding,new front door installation and new gutters. Just beautiful job! Have received many compliments. Siding job was completed a day earlier than promised. Work crew was outstanding and they cleaned up property each day when finished. Owners Chris and Vic were "hands on" and came for initial meeting and also visited several times. 5 star rating - will definitely use them again.

Ultimately the job looked good. A few months later, a couple of windows went out of adjustment and a couple of shakes needed to be replaced. Andreas, one of the principle managers of the company has recently called to offer whatever service was required to make sure I was a "satisfied customer". Andreas arrived within days with two window experts and promptly addressed the adjustment issues. I was impressed with Andreas' dilligence in providing a positive experience. I would recommend this service.

When selecting a siding company, I wanted 3 things. A fair price, quality work and no aggravation. I got all three with John Cecere Siding. His estimate was thousands lower than the big name companies. His hard working crew performed their jobs with care & pride. John's ultimate goal was to please us. He did! We are thrilled with the results.

Removal of existing patio door and replacement door was installed! This was three floors up and the door is a larger size 8ft. From initial contact to the final installation they are true professionals!

Gama Contracting did a great job installing our siding and exterior doors. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed everything on schedule. They were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Ronald and his team were amazing to work with. They did an incredible job on my roof and siding. His team is professional and courteous and they kept the yard super clean after each day they were here. We got Ronalds name from friends that used him and after seeing the workmanship there it was an easy choice to go with them. I would use them again in a heartbeat. It hard to find a good craftsman these days!

From start; the salesman was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and informative, as to Tri-state?s product line performance, in comparison to competitor?s product line. I?m anal and shopped 5 different Window Manufacturers/Contractor. All the salesmen, with the exception of Tri-States, blasted the Competition. Big turn off!!! In some cases the Tri-State gentleman knew more about the competitor?s product line then their salesman. Their measure guy, was actually in charge of the installation mechanics, which gave me a comfort level, knowing that he critiqued the job to the installers, before they arrived. The Installation was methodical and like surgery. They installed my windows without destroying my moldings!!!! My friends all had issues with destroyed molding! The installers; all were courteous, neat and able to communicate. There was an issue however; of a ripped screen!!! The very next day the installers showed up and replaced the screen. Couldn?t believe the service! What a pleasure! The siding I choose was the 46 Gauge (their private label) but knew it was Alside?s Charter Oak.In front they used 25 footers; so hardly any seams. Salesman also recommended an insulationboard with 6.2 R value. The installation mechanic?s were excellent, communicative and extremelyeager to please me with any changes I wanted to make. Cleaned up every night, which amazed me!!! My neighbor's had guys that left debris around for the whole time on the job. My windows are incredible, I live on a busy main street and don?t hear the traffic and no more Drafts! Siding is on straight and beautiful. My comfort level with this company is extremely high! I also have Lifetime Warranty on my Widows & Siding + Labor!!!!!! A++ Tri-State !!

Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do.

Ralph and his crew did an awesome job! I have a 2 story family home and they completed the entire job in 4 days. Craftsmanship was top notch, they cleaned up every day and left my yard in excellent shape. Highly recommend.
