This was an excellent experience with Steve Totilo, owner of Flying Colors, and his crew who powerwashed, repaired siding, and painted my home. Steve first completed a detailed and comprehensive estimate that told me exactly what to expect for his fee. He was true to his estimate. I paid with a deposit, midpoint payment, and final payment. I was informed about what to expect throughout the process. Steve alerted me ahead of the start date in order to give me time to make my color selections. All decisions were mine, and he was respectful of my wishes. When I asked for advice his information was experience-based and helpful. I was prepared again when it was time for the power washing and carpentry work, then the primer, then the final coats. This was all accomplished within days, but communication was excellent either in person, by email, or phone. Everything moved forward efficiently and systematically from start to finish. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the crew of men who work for Flying Colors. They were focused, dedicated, effective, and left me feeling at ease with them working on my property as I came and went. They arrived and left on the schedule I expected. Their attention to detail was excellent and the clean-up afterwards was complete. The outcome was a beautiful piece of work and the excellent quality of the products used and the craftsmanship is obvious. If this sounds too good to be true, it is in fact true. I recommend Flying Colors without reservation.

I was finally ready to pretty up the exterior of my little 1910 dutch colonial. The only company I wanted to do this was Gikas. Having seen their work around local neighborhoods for the past 15 years, there was no other choice for me. Alex did not disappoint - he gave a very fair quote and suggested some very inexpensive additional carpentry (to visually balance my front porch), recommended restoring my original front door (which I would have thought was impossible), was very knowledgeable on old houses, and was able to give me a start and end date that they actually met. The team arrived early every morning and were still working away when I got home from work, Diego and team were pleasant and professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. The job involved included removing aluminum siding and restoring the shingles and clapboard. The carpenter was a master of the craft. My house looks spectacular. I could not be more pleased. Price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism 5 stars across the board.

Exterior cedar siding was removed and Ipe wood was installed on the wall where our deck meets the house. The Ipe hardwood was treated with penofin oil and the drill holes were plugged to give an attractive finish. We are very pleased with the work. Cliff is professional and friendly and all work was done on time. Cliff has also done other work for us including fully staining and treating our large wood deck and our Ipe deck furniture (table, benches, and glider). He also installed, sanded, and stained several interior wood doors and shelves. Great work. Looks really good. We will definitely ask Cliff to do other work in the future.

I'm very happy with my new deck and LP SmartSide siding. Right from my initial contact, Luis was wonderful. He was very easy to work with and very professional. He provided me with a proposal very quickly and submitted his license and liability insurance information without even asking for them. That really impressed me; none of the other prospective contractors did that. He gave me a very fair and honest proposal. The deck, siding, and painting crews were awesome. They were some of the hardest workers on some of the hottest days of the summer, each one very meticulous and together worked so well as a team. They were very respectful of my property and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. LP Smartside is engineered wood siding and fairly new to this part of the country. Lecla did a wonderful job and I would recommend anyone thinking of using this material to trust Lecla to do a great job. Thank you!!! I highly recommend this contractor.

Great experience. The service team did a great job cleaning gutters and realigning them for optimal performance. He fixed a piece of wood siding that had fallen.

Bob did an excellent job on the fixes needed at a reasonable price. This is the second time we've hired Bob, and will hire again. Was prompt and responsive with scheduling.

Excellent job. Replaced our old wood siding with Hardie Board. It looks great, and they did a good job installing the window and three new doors. Great communication with the owner (Ralp) and the two foreman (Mike and Lewis) - everything met expectations. We were happy with the job and the timing as well.

National Home Improvements did very good work on a complicated siding demolition and installation project plus a window replacement. The National Home crew showed excellent workmanship and were efficient and good communicators. So everything was done within two day. I love my new siding and windows!! I would highly recommend National Home Improvements and I would use them again.

These guys did a great job. Ralph was very patient and helpful in navigating me through the various decision points. The cost of the work was more reasonable than some of the other quotes I received. The crew were very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome. The siding looks great! The price was very reasonable. It feels like a whole new house! We had used Roman before (for replacing siding & windows) and had a good experience with him, so called him back when we had more windows to replace. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the process, and arranged for someone he knew to do the window work. He fully coordinated with the window guy so we only had to work with Roman. (Half of the $3000 was what we paid him, and the other half for replacing 2 custom windows). We didn't look into any other companies (i.e. no real price shopping, so I'm not sure what to rate him there) because the window was leaking causing damage to the drywall inside. This had been going on for several months before we called Roman, but he came and fixed it quickly. He also was very responsive to us by email, prodding us when we let some things slip (we also wanted him to do some other minor work, but we were pretty busy and dropped the ball on that one.) He's a nice guy, does good work, and we would definitely use Roman again.

We had damage from a storm to our siding. High Grade came and professionally replaced the damage, it looks great! Highly recommend. Employees were a pleasure to work with.

The experience was pretty good. They got the job done, but I wanted more feedback from them, like what exactly the problem they were fixing. What can we do to prevent it in the future. I wanted a little more communication and interaction. You just can't come and do the job and just go away. More interaction is needed. They did the job pretty well. Their punctuality was pretty good. They could explained what they done.

My home was damaged after a bad storm and I needed to have the roof replaced. While I was having the roof done I also looked to have the gutters replaced and some wood siding repaired. I received 5 quotes for the work and Julio's price was very competitive vs. the other 4 (not the lowest but not the highest either). Going by the reviews I've read about All Over Exterior, I decided to go with Julio and I'm glad I did. Julio came to my house and walked me through his recommendations for all of the repairs. Being my 5th and last estimate, I was pretty well versed in what others were recommending and Julio made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Once the work started we encountered a few issues that we were not prepared for but Julio was extremely fair in pricing out the extra work and in some instances he didn't charge me a penny more. For the items he did have to charge me for he showed me receipts for the materials and gave me a fair price for the extra work. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out and I would definitely use All Over Exterior again.
