We just bought a new house and although the lights of the dishwasher would turn on, it did not seem to latch. Bruce came over and gave us a $10 discount on the service call. He said that there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher, it was just that it was installed in too tight a space. He brought the dishwasher out about an inch and it worked fine. I greatly appreciated his honesty and responsiveness.

Phil's Appliance Repair
Phil and his son came over to repair the dishwasher door which was falling open. They pulled the dishwasher out carefully, turned off and disconnected the water, replaced the broken cord and pulleys and pushed the dishwasher back in. After hooking the water back up, they checked for leaks under the dishwasher and under the sink.. They were pleasant and very efficient. The door is now working as before.

Super Service Award Recent Review: The serviceman was very nice and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be repaired and what it would cost. I was surprised at the price especially for the ice maker repair but the dishwasher was complicated and took a long time to fix. Both the ice maker and dishwasher are working well and I am glad I got them fixed. I had been told by another repairman from another company that the dishwasher door ,which could brake your foot if it hit you, could not be fixed. The cables needed to be replaced.
