Miguel and his guys did an excellent job replacing the old damaged roof over my house, they removed 3 layers of asphalt shingles and the original wood shingle of my colonial cape hose, then they install new plywood and new architectural asphalt roof shingles with new copper flashing in my chimney. They were very respectfull and clean, they pick up all the debris and left everything nice and clean every day while they were doing the work. I highly recomend them. Johel Solano

Just had my old roof shingles replaced by Patriot Home Improvement and it looks great. Estimate failed to include cost for plywood base so was added in later one job commenced. So final cost was more than the estimate. Damaged existing gutter helmets a bit. But roof itself is quite excellent and withstood hurricane and storms after so can't complain too much.

LEAK MASTER ROOFING
Good project. It took quite a while from id to repair as he was backed up from the Hurricane in August. He provided a temporary sheet that stopped the leak. When he finally got here he worked professionally and neatly. You would not know we did work on the roof looking at the lawn. He added flashing at a different location on the roof which might have been causing a different leak. No charge. No more leak. Would use again.

Antonio Showed Up and explained all my roofing options, Displayed Samples of his roofing materials. I was able to view the different color and style options between Owens and Certainteed asphalt shingles. Selected my color and shingle. I did my own research and went with the Certainteed Landmark in Resawn Shake color. They showed up at 7:30 AM and proceeded to wrap my house in a Gray Fabric Tarp to protect it from Falling Shingle , Nail and Plywood Removal Debris. Antonio placed copper flashing around my chimney and replaced my vinyl siding back in place along with recaulking my chimney flue cap to protect against rain and water damage. No hidden cost at the end of the job. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process including the Plywood cost per sheet installed. 10 Year Warranty on his Labor against any Leaks was also an Added Benefit. The shingles chosen were rated best buy in Consumer Reports for added Peace of Mind. Excellent Team of Roofers. Thank You Antonio and Your Team for getting the job Done in one day and on budget.

Jeff Alte Jr responded the same day to my request for an estimate. The estimate was very competitive and he spent considerable time discussing and explaining various alternatives and options. Roofing materials were delivered as promised the day before work was due to begin. These were neatly stacked so as to minimize disruption and maximise accessibility to the garage. In passing, the delivery truck driver congratulated us on our choice of roofer and gave unsolicited praise of the quality of the work done on other jobs. The work team arrived punctually on the agreed day, worked fast and intensively for two long days. The crew were polite, unobtrusive (or at least as unobtrusive as can be when swarming over your roof - but no shouting, no blaring radios, no littering from meals of refreshments) and very focused. Plants around the house were protected and we experienced no damage whatsoever. All debris was cleaned at the end of day 1 and day 2, including the use of magnets to remove any metal objects. The finished job is very pleasing and, after several cloudbursts today, appears watertight. Altogether a highly professional company and a remarkably agreeable experience. I recommend Jeff Alte Jr unreservedly.

Recent Review: William was the only roofing company we got an estimate from that actually went up on the roof to inspect. His price was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive but his attention to detail was the best. He actually took me up on the roof and showed me where the problems were instead of just looking from the ground, taking a measurement, and leaving. The job itself went great. They arrived early Monday morning and finished by Friday with a massive rain storm in the middle. They left our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived and pretty much worked straight through the day, every day. Every time I went out there with a questions, they explained what they were doing. We re-used the original gutters and his guys made sure they they were not damaged when they took them down. They finished the roof and the dumpster was removed the next morning. There was a small issue with the ridge vent installation that his guys overlooked / forgot about that I pointed out and William sent his guys back 2 days later on a Sunday morning to fix it. I have no complaints at all and really could not be happier. I can't speak for the long term quality of their work since only time will tell but everything looks great and seems to be done correctly. I would highly recommend him and would use him for any other projects I have.
