This company was such a pleasure to work with. They are easy to get in touch with and very responsive. They have a lovely receptionist who tends to respond to emails within minutes, if not seconds. It's easy to get on their schedule and they followed through, showing up on the exact day and at the exact time promised. Other contractors often take forever to call back and then just show up whenever they feel like it. It was such an unusual experience dealing with a company that is run so efficiently. I kept waiting for them to disappear for days on end without calling because that's the MO of most other contractors I've dealt with but that never happened. The quality of their work is unparalleled. They were maybe a bit more expensive than some others but it was totally worth it because the kitchen they left me is literally perfect. The painters who came to work on my project were so excellent, detail-oriented and proud of their craft. Plus they were extremely nice and did not leave so much as a dusty footprint behind. I will absolutely hire this company again and only wish other companies were so well run.

Alfonso did a beautiful job painting my kitchen. He made my ugly walls beautiful. First he skim coated the walls and made them smooth, level and perfect. Then he painted the entire kitchen and cabinets. He did a beautiful job on everything. Alfonso takes pride in his work, focusing on the details and taking the time to do it right. He was efficient and focused on getting the job done. Alfonso was always on time and did exactly what he said he would do. From the start to the completion of the project, all went very smoothly. I found Seth to be responsive to all my concerns. The installers were very professional. They were very detailed oriented and very hard working. I was amazed by how nicely the cabinets came out. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The quality of the cabinet doors and the new cabinets they installed seem much better than what I previously had. I am hoping that they will hold up and if for some reason there should be issues, they will be satisfactorily addressed. I have no reason to believe that they wouldn’t. Every time I go into my kitchen, I get a big smile on my face. It is so much nicer and more efficient than my old kitchen, and cooking is now the joy that it should be. On my birthday, my husband put a bow on one of the cabinets and said, "Happy Birthday, Happy Mother's Day, and Happy Anniversary." It was all I wanted. Every design suggestion they made turned out to be a good one. We could never have anticipated all the little details that go into this kind of project. I thanked them profusely for all the advice, patience and psychological intervention. The work crew was very professional. They were always here when they were supposed to be; they were courteous and helpful; and they clearly took pride in their work. It's a rarity these days for a remodeling job to be done on time, on budget and to exceed expectations.

Natural stone flooring was installed over existing ceramic tile instead of removing ceramic tile as was called for in the contract. Cabinet re-facing was slipshod. Many flaws in installation of all aspects of the job. Very sloppy job.

Super Service Award Recent Review: We have used Robinson Araujo for many years now and he and his crew have always done great work. The most important thing about Robinson is that he is completely trust-worthy and will never perform un-necessary work. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable and can also come up with very good creative ideas for projects which can really enhance the look of the room. Of course he is also very reasonably priced but that does not mean that he performs a second- rate job. His guys are very professional and will stay as long as it takes to finish a job to the highest standard (even if that means staying late into the day). They are all also very friendly and always smiling, even when the work is really grim (ie when my husband asked them to replace all the hinges on the doors throughout our house!!). The finished result of our dining room remodel is stunning. The room is completely transformed from a dingy, dated unuseable space to one of our favorite rooms in the house. During our kitchen remodel, Robinson, as the main contractor, brought in a great team to help get the work done, including an excellent electrician, tiler and cabinet installer. The project took about 3 months from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Again, a total transformation which we will enjoy for many years to come. No matter what the job, big or small, Robinson will be there to help you and we would highly recommend him.

Recent Review: The worker assigned to us was punctual, a perfectionist and came on time every day. He cleaned up well after each day, and pointed out all the details of his work. He worked hard, was very proud of his work and was committed to excellence. He took the time to educate us on how to care for the refaced cabinets as well at the end of the job. The draftsman involved was also proactive. He pointed out some cabinet configurations that would work better and be better suited to the area of the kitchen they were in. The cabinet installer/refacer also made some adjustments to things that were better suited to the arrangement as well. Their insightfullness and consideration for our use of the new kitchen was impressive and we were very thankful for it. I am proud to show off Kitchen Magic's work and am very happy with the outcome. The job was finised in less than two weeks.
