Recent Review: From start to finish, the experience went well. A sales representative came to the house, took measurements and pics, showed us colors/patterns and quoted us the price for the awning, install, subcontracted electrical and gutter work. Within a couple of weeks the awning arrived at the shop and a date for installation was set. Mike and Brian of Sondrini Enterprises took great care to install the awning. Because of the configuration of the picture window the awning was mounted above, they added an extra support bracket making it secure and giving it a balanced look. Operation of the awning was clearly explained and demonstrated. Steve and Brian did the gutter work adding weatherproof boards under the eve for gutter mounting. Their craftsmanship afforded weather protection to the awning and added to the clean look. Joe of Gable Electric installed a weatherproof electrical outlet in the soffit, close to the awning power cord. Mike returned to hide/secue the excess length of the power cable. The awning is beautiful, giving us a room to enjoy the outdoors. Also impressed with it's cooling impact on our home's interior.

Recent Review: This is the 3rd year our awning was installed on time, exactly when I requested it. M&M takes it down in the Fall, stores it and then re-installs it in the Spring. This year we had them clean it and it looks brand new. The staff arrived and installed the awning in what had to be the worst weather conditions short of a hurricane. The owner and all the staff from the installers to the sales people to the office staff are professional, responsive, helpful, polite and friendly. The awning, frame and workmanship are high quality and customer service is excellent. I rarely write reviews but I can't say enough good things about M&M Awning.

It was a long, labor intensive job, with some collateral damage since they were removing the old roof and the existing aluminum siding, but Vin took care of every single detail and made sure everything was perfect in the end. Recent Review: I found the site over the web and contacted thecompany. From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased.

Recent Review: Job was done on promised date within time specified. Job was done well and I was consulted during the installation. I would have liked a follow up call from the initial job contact person after install to check if I was satisfied. That’s how I like to complete projects.

Recent Review: They came to my house to measure and gave me an estimate, and told me it would be approximately 2-3 weeks. They installed the awning within the promised time frame. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable including everyone from the salesman, the telephone operator, and installers. I had used them in the past many years ago and was very pleased, and again, just recently so I would highly recommend the without hesitation.

Recent Review: Though there was a delay due to some issues with workers employed in Chris' company, he checked on the awning planned and made sure it was delivered and installed. The most impressive thing was his responsiveness and prompt callbacks re: the awning. He also volunteered an idea about a retractable awning for the back of the house which I may pursue in the future.

Recent Review: I researched a number of awning companies online. Jim was the first one to return my call. He answered my questions in a professional, non-pushy fashion. He came over that evening to assess the job and answer some more questions. My wife & I were impressed with his character & his knowledge of his craft. After discussing our impressions of Ramapo Awning between ourselves, we called Jim later that evening to line up the job. Throughout the project, Jim conducted himself & led his team of workers in a highly professional manner.

Recent Review: Some difficulty was incurred at this time. However it was not enough to deter me from completing the purchase agreement because I was able to thoroughly check out this company and talk extensively to a number of the main people involved in creating this product. I always believed that the people that stand behind their product are as important as the product itself in most cases. The difficulty was cosmetic in nature but significant in appearance even when closed. The response was exceptional above and beyond anything that I would have expected. The same installer returned within three days of my original call and changed out the offending part which by the way could not have been noticed easily until the awning was installed. I've already recommended this company to multiple friends and family for good reason. The awning does preform extremely well in significant wind which was my largest concern along with longevity of this product..The awning looks great and works even better and the company is concerned and responsive to your needs and satisfaction.
