We told them to use Benjamin Moore paint, instead they used a cheaper mixture. The cabinets now have to be repainted with the proper color, which they refuse to pay for. Their mistake is costing us 10k. DO NOT USE

I encourage you to have Ackley demonstrate their Forefront methodology. You will be impressed. They also create custom cabinets if needed. We were able to convert our peninsula to an island and have custom cabinets created as well. They can do whatever you need to create to kitchen you want. We highly recommend them. We were becoming frustrated and exhausted from dealing with salespeople who did not seem to care. From beginning to end Linda was professional, responsive, honest, and reliable. What impressed us the most was how genuine Linda was and how much she truly cared that we would be as happy as possible with our new kitchen. Even in the middle of the actual renovation she helped us with any issues that came up immediately and asked us how everything was going. Overall she provided the best possible customer service. We are very happy with the entire process of ordering our kitchen cabinets from this merchant and the overall quality. Working with the vendor was extremely easy and they did a great job of taking our room dimensions and coming up with a layout. Their design staff is very knowledgable and responsive. Very pleased with the Spectrum Painting cabinet refinishing and ceiling painting. The crew carefully masked surfaces, repaired door cracks, and patched some cabinet damage. Excellent paint finish on cabinets with no overspray. Especially pleased they were able to replace our original, hard-to-find custom cabinet hinges with new soft-close hinges that work perfectly. Marcin led the painting effort aided by Gregor, who helped with the hinge replacement. Reasonable price with excellent work quality.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Palette-Pro. I had my 30-year old wood cabinets painted in order to update the kitchen. Everyone I dealt with, from the initial phone contact to the estimator, the project manager and the two painters, was pleasant and responsive. The painters, Adrian and Ruben, were punctual and fastidious and friendly; they even installed a small drawer tray for me which I had planned to do myself. The project manager Willian kept me updated via email regularly and provided quick responses to my questions. The job took about two weeks, with the painting done half on site and half in the shop. It included two colors of paint as well as installing two hole handles in places where one hole pulls had been. The price was quite fair and I would definitely use Palette-Pro again.
