Interpersonal communication problems are just the beginning of the awful way in which this business is run. They are disorganized and showed up at my house a day earlier than scheduled. Good thing I just happened to be home. Then, we experienced a nice dose of ageism from the technician as he literally laughed at my elderly father. We explained the problem (pump) and that everything else was working (like, the motor). We needed two parts replaced. One that we already purchased and one that S&R would provide (AT MORE THAN DOUBLE THE RETAIL PRICE). The next day the tech came back and rushed through the job and left. When we turned on pump it didn't work and tech said it had 'nothing to do with what he did.' I've rarely come across such careless, awful business practices - without ANY attempt to actually look at a problem and try to solve it. I asked for my check back and was told the tech no longer had it (really?) and so I had to cancel the check. Bad news, bad way to run a business, and everyone should stay away from S&R Pools.
