KC Autumn Mist Irrigation
What was a great company, is no more. KC Autumn Mist recently changed ownership. As result, the current owner has run it into the ground. Poor service, lousy attitudes in the main office, a disgrace. There's a reason KC Autumn Mist has the lowest scored reviews online across-the-board over all similar companies. The new owner would be smart to see that his way of operating is not working. Perhaps send a postcard to existing and former customers with an apology and a promise to change.

Morning Mist Lawn Sprinklers
We used them last week. They have been doing work for over 10 years. They come if you need the sprinkler installed, or something replaced, or at the end of the year, they come to get on water on the lines, so, it will not freeze for lifetime use. It cost $55 to blow out lines. We have been using them for years and we were happy with their service. For us, they are local company and they always show up when they said they are going to. My husband thinks the price is reasonable. The owner, for someone we have been spoken to, whenever he comes here is a pleasant person and easy to deal with. I do not think we used all the services recently. The service that they provide is well worth it for what we have used and wait which will be on the lines.

MCCORMACK IRRIGATION
McCormack Irrigation is AMAZING! I had an existing sprinkler system that was in complete disrepair. I decided at the end of last summer to put in a completely new system. I spent a year gathering names of potential contractors and joined Angie's List to do further research. I narrowed down my choices to 2 providers. One failed to contact me at all. However, I got a response from McCormack Irrigation's owner the very next day (On a Sunday, no less). I scheduled the free estimate and went into great details of what customizations I wanted done. McCormack Irrigation was able to do all of the work. When it came time for the install, they found that the water pressure to the house wasn't sufficient and corrected the problem on the spot (No need to call a plumber or continue the install with less than optimal results)! I was truly impressed by this company and am extremely glad I chose them. I have had to deal with my fair share of contractors over the years and have had some miserable experiences. I can say with full confidence that McCormack Irrigation is a company that you will enjoy dealing with. They now have a customer for life!

RELIABLE RAIN LLC
We have used Reliable Rain for many years. Jim is fantastic. He is always prompt, thorough in opening and closing our six zone irrigation system each spring and fall and fair prices. He is meticulous in putting on his "shoe booties" everytime he reenters the house, to go back down the stairs to where our central irrigation control is located in the basement, and then back up the stairs and either out the front or out the back door, depending on which zone he is testing. When a sprinkler head or misting head needs replacing - the cost is extremely reasonable. Nothing like our previous irrigation service company - where every visit seemed to cost north of $500. Reliable Rain is exactly that RELIABLE. Fair priced and SUPER SERVICE - once you try Reliable Rain, you will wonder why you ever used anyone else.(He also gets a laugh when our one dog tries to "drink" from the sprinklers!). Definitely an A+++ all the way for Reliable Rain.

Pacific Lawn Sprinklers
I thought the initial estimate was high so I got estimates from 2 other competing companies. Pacific was 10% lower than the next lowest bid. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, worked neatly and installed what appears to be a quality system. The crew of 3 plus a foreman worked for about 6 hours, so I guess the price was really correct, and were careful not to disturb any of my plantings (I have mostly a flower garden with a very small lawn). The sales person told me to plant any shrubs or perennials prior to their visit so they would know where to place the sprinkler heads but not to plant the annuals yet (makes sense but I would not have thought of it). They were very considerate as my changing schedule necessitated changing installation days. They really know their stuff. I needed mist heads since my garden is mostly shrubs and flowers. Some of the heads needed to be elevated either to clear certain plantings or to cover additional footage. Wherever possible, these were hidden in shrubbery. Again this makes sense but I would not have thought of that either. Then again, I guess that's the point. Get the job done at the right price with no hassle.

FRANK'S INGROUND SPRINKLERS
The job was scheduled and performed on time. The installers were very careful of our property and cleaned up after every session leaving our yard as neat as could be expected. Frank, the owner, is very personable and will go over all details with you explaining everything fully. The installers are polite and courteous and responsive to any questions. We have been very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Reliable Irrigation llc
Daryl was extremely professional from estimate to installation. He responded to my phone call promptly and set-up an appointment. He arrived early for both. He spent time with me during the estimate to explain the functions and features of all of the products that he would use even during a rain storm. I found him to be informative and honest about what our current needs are and what the future needs would be since we are planning for construction for an outside patio area. He helped us to decide the best system for us. On the day of installation he arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. He took his time and explained to my husband the whole system at the end of his day but came back about 2 hours later when I came home to explain the system to me. He made sure we understood the system and reminded us that if we had any problems or questions to give him a call. The total bill was $250.00 less than the estimate-what a bonus! He does take coupons so look for them. This is a family owned and operated company.

Bryan came out do our estimate for a sprinkler system installation for our front yard (including misters in flower beds, as well as running system under driveway). He was knowledgeable, engaging, and straightforward. Day of installation crew arrived on time and promptly started prepping. They were done in under 3 hours and our lawn doesn't even look like there were things buried underneath! System works great, we are very happy with the whole process. Recent Review: It was ok. When they installed the irrigation system, they cut through my cable line during the installation. The cable guy repaired the damage at no charge but he cut through one of the irrigation system's pipes. NJ Lawn charged me to get that fixed. The first valve that hooked up the system to my water supply broke after going through one winter but they replaced it at no charge. I haven't had a problem since.

Recent Review: Two representatives of G & D Lawn Sprinklers arrived at my home and determined that source of problem was water pump which G & D initially installed along with irrigation system was at fault. I was advised by service man that pump was still under warranty and that they would return with a new one within 2 weeks. Its mid July and pump has not been replaced. Dozens of telephone messages were left with company regarding this predicament to no avail. When contact was made with company they schedule appointments to install pump and never showed up. G & D Lawn Sprinklers is a fly by night operation that does not honor their contracts.

Recent Review: Frank came out and I explained to him my situation with my sprinkler system. I did not turn it on this year as I had some heads I knew were not working and also had a leak from the main manifold assembly. Frank turned on each zone, took notes, explained everything to me and made his recommendations. I was pleased with Frank's presentation and is professionalism. He explained everything to me and what would be his recommendation. I made a decision to go with Professional Irrigation because I felt Frank was knowledgeable and professional. I also checked beforehand that Professiona Irrigation are members of the Irrigation Association of New York. I felt confident in speaking with Frank that they would do a good job. I had to have some heads replaced; some closed; some moved and re-installed in other locations to give me the best advantage in watering my lawn. His two workers were on time and professional and had the work done in a very short period of time. Frank was also there in the morning with the guys and he made sure that they understood what was to be done. You can't even tell where they dug up parts of my lawn. I would definitely recommend Professional Irrigation to anyone and plan on using them in the future.

They were with Boulder Outdoors. It wasn't really like I chose them or anything. It was part of the original package deal that I had with Boulder Outdoors. But, they were great. I was very happy. They come back just to assess everything and to make sure that the lawn is being properly irrigated and all the new plants that we planted are being well fed. They're very good.
