Mike was fair in pricing and prompt. I always do my homework and get quotes from 2 people. Mike was the first to return the call and the first one to come out. Mike took the time to look at my property and inspect the best materials to use to complete the job, he had the quote to me in a few hours. The other company when the finally made it didnt even come close to how thoughtful and professional Mike is. He and his team installed the gas line a few days later, he took the time to get the permits and schedule to follow-up inspection which was a few days after the install, he took the extra measure to come the morning of the inspection to check the pressure in the line. Mike and his team are the best plumbers I have worked with.... they are truly great!

The Quote was professional, informative and on time as scheduled. The work began on time, their professional staff removed our existing boiler with no damage to our property, and the moved in our new unit without any snags. Their staff made all of the hook ups, called in for their inspection, and made sure we were completely satisfied with every detail of the job. Gas line was installed but it was not to the standards set by National Grid. So I called Paul and advised what needed to get done. He made numerous promises to come back but each day another reason why he couldn't that day. After about 2 months, he finally came and did the work but I also needed paperwork to show NatGrid. He said he mailed it twice. When I didn't get it, he said he'd drop it off at my house. He never did. I offered to come to his job site to get it but he never gave me a location. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. His work is good but communication is a real problem.

This is my first home and some major updates needed to be done. The two plumbers that were sent out, Ross and Paul, we extremely polite and professional. They worked quickly and explained everything. They even looked at my AC unit and gave me some recommendations for better efficiency. My only "complaint" is the cost was a little higher than other companies but with such great customer service and professionalism, I don't mind paying a little extra. Would definitely recommend.
