THEY WERE DISORGANIZED, UNRESPONSIVE, MADE EXCUSES, AND LEFT THE JOB HALF UNFINISHED. THEY MEASURED IT WRONG. PROMISES WERE NOT KEPT, AND THE STAFF AND THE SALESPEOPLE WERE RUDE. THE INSTALLERS WERE RUDE AND DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES.

I'm pretty fussey and I was very pleased. Did a great job. Installer new what he was doing. Neat work. Nice capping on the outside. Even put matching capping on a window that was not replaced so that it would match. Courteous. Cleaned up when they were done.Had a minor defect on inside of one sash. Was fixed right away with no hassel. Very professional. All phone calls returned in a timely fashion.

They were very responsive to my initial email. Set up an in home estimate quickly and was very prompt for the estimate as well as the appoint to take the measurements. I had received other quotes but were much higher and not as good a quality. I am looking to have more windows installed and plan on going with this company again.

they arrived on time the man in charge was very good at his job, he managed to overcome as few obstacles during insulation, the only problem i did have was when the job was done and it came time to replace the siding that was remove a few pieces were cracked and i had to tell them to remove it and put another piece there,alsoall thre of the installers were smokers and I was still cleaning up cigarette butts of my lawn for a couple of weeks, back to the actual window its amazing, it looks a hunderd times better than the one i had and i feel and see the differance with the cold weather now on us i think i picked the right company

When we called for estimate to replace our bay window, Doug was quick to come out, was very informative about his products, and was able to answer any of our questions. Mindy was a joy to speak with when it came to schedule appointments and was on top of things when coordinating everything. The window that we needed replaced, was not installed correctly, therefore making it challenging to figure out the measurements. Doug and Lee came out a couple of times to be sure of the correct measurements. Which made me believe they were on top of things and making sure everything would go smoothly when it came to the installation. And it did, the window was installed in a day. The crew was professional, courteous, and had a lot of respect for our home. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. We really LOVE the window, can't stop looking at it! We would highly recommmend them as we are using them again shortly for some more work. We even had a neighbor stop by and comment on how nice the window was!

Had window installed in July, and front and back doors, storm and security, installed in august. Saw immediate results with AC. The living room was cool and the AC not running all the time. Doug and Mindy were very pleasant, professional, easy to talk with and answered all of our concerns. Lee and his crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves, they worked like they were working on their own home, very refreshing! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I am writing now because I wanted to wait till the cold weather came. I have to say, we really love the window and doors! Our heat is set at 68 and that is where it stays without the heat running all the time or the need to wear a sweater. There used to be a difference of 6 degrees between living room and the next level of the house, which was only 5 steps. Now the temp is equal thru out the house! Thank you so much guys! You restored our faith in hiring people to do work for us

We had previously used Tri-State Window Factory to make and install 14 double hung windows in my home. We were so satisfied with them that I contracted to have them build and install a large bay window to replace one that was unrepairable. Paul came and gave us an estimate, and we ordered the window. Tri-State came to install the window on January 16, 2014. After taking out the old window and preparing the opening to accept the new window, they began to install the new window. At that time we noticed that the window was not nearly as deep as the old window, although we had thought that it would be very close in size. We called Paul, and 20 minutes later we were told that there had been a mistake at the factory, and that they would make a new window for us. The installers made a temporary installation of the incorrect window and insulated it so that we would not have any drafts. The new window was delivered and installed 8 days later. The workmanship was performed efficiently and the installers were very professional. Tri-State Window Factory lived up to its reputation for providing excellent customer service. Any company can make a mistake. The important thing is how the company then responds. Tri-State Window Factory is clearly an honorable company that strives to make their customers happy.

Excellent!!! After they took measures from the wrong window… they offered me a good discount to do a new window or fix it at no cost!! This company all ready install 2 windows a Bay and a Bow window installation whent well, smoth,clean, and neat. I had Ruben and his crew, very nice guys and very professional people! Windows looks amazing got the triple glass and kripton gas and, Oh boy! i can see and feel the difference!! No more chill getting close to the windows very high energy efficient!! I had 3 other companies over to see what they offering and the price as well, i think tri state windows makes a better wimdows than Anderson! Anderson keeps manufacturing the same old wood frame windows that the previous onwer of my house installed in 1987 they do have new designs with vynil and aluminum!! But i thik they are too pricey. Tri state windows makes a better wimdows for a better price and they have a safety mechanising for little kids!!! A nice feature for easy cleaning and they look terrific!!! From the outside the glass looks darker!! That helps to reflect the sunlight helping you to save money on the summer! I am in the middle of my 3rd Bay window from this company after they give me $1000 discount because the mistake of taken measures from the wrong window! I think this company really care about costumer satisfaction and they do make costumers happy!!! We are so happy with our new windows price it is much better than other companies i try four seasons, king quality windows, and pella windows i and think we made the right choice TRI STATE WINDOWS MAKES A BETTER WIMDOWS thank you!!

We have used Major Homes for a variety of major projects in our home - siding, windows, kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation. As I have said before in previous reviews, the company's work is unsurpassed in every respect, especially follow-up. They are there for you every step of the way, long after the job is done. They do things that I would guess 99.999% of contractors would never do. The latest example: During a nasty storm this past winter a section of molding on our front bay window blew away. This bay window (Andersen) was installed some years ago by someone other than Major Homes. We contacted Mitch, Owner/President, via email on a Sunday, to inquire if he could order the new molding for us and we would pick it up at his office and, of course, pay for it. Within 15 minutes of sending our email, our doorbell rang and it was Mitch! He was in the area having dinner and stopped by to measure, and let us know he would order the molding and install it! No charge! I sincerely asked him to let me pay for the part but he wouldn't hear of it. To say this company takes care of you long after a job is an understatement! Mitch and his great firm are positively amazing! Thank you so much Mitch, for your kindness, professionalism and quality work and service. We recommend you to family, friends, everyone!

installed 8 foot bay window, installation went fast ( with was a cold day). Workers were professional, clean, and well prepared. Myself and my friend who is a contractor were there and impressed. The owner came out about an hour prior to work being complete apologized for taking so long to get install (schedule conflict between, myself and company) . I would use again

Super Service Award Recent Review: The windows were ordered quickly and apppointment for installation was set, but renegotiated several times due to Covid-19 quarantine restrictions. They wore their masks and got the job done efficiently. They did an especially good job with framing as the house is old and had some rotted exterior wood. They made sure it was water proof and sealed and looks great! I was very pleased with finished work and they cleaned up well and hauled away all my old windows. No broken glass left anywhere. I trusted the men working and the company has long history of quality workmanship and products. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Recent Review: I had some work done by this company a few years back. Overall they are a great company with very responsive customer service. The installers were fantastic and we really like that they used nice oak trim around the windows. The windows themselves are easy to clean, well insulated and are high quality. They are a big difference from our old windows. The house is much warmer during the winter months and in the summer we are feeling much more comfortable. Very well insulated!

Their high level of business integrity was present from day one until the job was completed. Robert and his entire staff promptly installed a beautiful combination of vinyl and aluminum windows and plenty of sharp looking window capping. LWP installed beautiful vinyl bay windows for the front of our home that instantly expanded the view to our front garden allowing lots of sun and fresh air into the living room. My wife was walked through the entire home improvement process with Robert, Nancy and Marisol and when installation day came, the owner inspected the work himself twice, while Freddy the onsite manager cared for all our detailed needs.
