I’m compelled to share my experience with Mike Nikfar and his company HVAC Plus! It’s uncommon these days to find a company who are experts in the trade of installing and servicing HVAC systems, such as central air units and ductless systems, but also provide services kindly, professionally, and passionately. Over a summer weekend the ceiling above my living room began to leak, and so I asked around for recommendations on who to call in an emergency. Many of my friends and family all suggested to call Mike Nikfar at HVAC Plus. Mike was so understanding and flexible to the issue at hand, and offered to come by my house and troubleshoot the issue so late at night. Nothing deterred Mike from helping his customers! He came over my house in the middle of a power outage and began working through the issue at hand with a set of tools and light from a mere flashlight. His patience, problem solving skills, and passion to help even under difficult circumstances are what sets him apart from other companies. The technician immediately diagnosed the issue, then worked as long as the repair required. He then tested the equipment to ensure that both the heating and cooling functioned properly.

Manny from CHS was awesome! He was extremely polite and easy to talk to on the phone. Once I called and described the issue I was having with my HVAC, he was at my doorstep in less than 30 minutes and fixed it in under 1 hour. If you want great customer service and a quick response, call Manny.

Michael & Ziggy came out to my home on Sunday night very late. I was so pleased to see them since my house felt like it was 200 degrees. They were very professional and courteous. They first took a look at the outside unit. Michael ran to his truck for his service equipment while Ziggy was already in the attic removing my dirty air filter. While in the attic a thorough inspection was done of the air handler and Ziggy diagnosed a bad transformer. He called down to Michael and he ran to the truck for a transfomer which he has on his truck. The part was then replaced. Michael contined to check pressures on the outside unit. He also disasembeled the cover and started cleaning the coil as it had a build up of pollen. Once that was done the system was given a run. It started right up! Michael continued to test the system and replaced the capacitor at no charge as it was reading weak. They continued monitioring the unit for the next 2 hours just in case there was something they over looked. After about 2 hours of the system running my house cooled down to about 60 degrees! I was thrilled! I could finally breath. This team of service guys was determined to get the system running like new again and they did it! They charged me a very reasonable price and did not add on any emergency service call fees as it was Sunday night, amazing! I recommed this company as they know what they are doing every time. It was a pleasure having myra repair 1st service and repair my old unit and then replacing with a upgraded new unit they were professional knowledgeable and courteous did not know they were there when they were there and cleaned up like they were never there my unit works great very satisfied and to top it off a great price reliable and dependable I recommend myra to anyone looking for quality work at a affordable price thank you myra !
