From the time I called them about leaks in my roof, they were very responsive in assessing the problem and figuring out the root causes. From that point on, I've hired them to do different jobs on the roof and they were always efficient and always did an amazing job. I will always work with Kamco for any roofing issues and strongly recommend them to others.

Recent Review: The communication was very good. They gave us a four-hour window for the work date, called to remind us twice in the preceding week, and called during the four hours to tell us when they would be here. They got to the work quickly and professionally, had all the equipment they needed, and did no damage to shrubbery or other plantings. The technicians were polite and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use this company again - perhaps for some fireplace work I've been putting off for years.

Recent Review: Best roofing and siding company in Queens. Hired Royal Renovators in Forest Hills to replace the leaking shingle roof in front of my house and also replace the old worn out vinyl siding in front as well. During the installation we decided to replace our entire home's all worn out gutters with new white seamless ones. Overall I would have to say their price was fair and competitive. As far as workmanship, it was impeccable. Perfect quality installation and cleanup. Customer service was also there with responsiveness by the Project Manager Sean every step of the way. In short, I highly recommend Royal for all roofing and siding.

Recent Review: We used them to replace the roof on our 1930 craftsman house. They needed to remove 5 layers of roofing, install new plywood, call for inspection and Install new shingles. They got all of that done in 6 days. They pulled the permit for me, I didn't have to go to the city or anything and they passed all inspections on the first try.

Recent Review: Ravi is professional, responsive, honest and easy to work with- qualities that are hard to find. He took time on-site to inspect the roof to give me an accurate quote. Instead of upselling me a new roof, he walked me through exactly what was necessary vs nice to have and stands by the quality of his work. As a homeowner, this is everything! He and his team arrived on time, were courteous and came with their own masks in this time of COVID-19. Instead of rushing the work, his team returned the next day to tie up loose ends and finish strong. This says a lot about his commitment to good work. Body of work included repairing roof, replacing gutter and downspout using quality material, installed a dryer vent , sealed any cracks/seams and full roof inspection to catch anything we didn't discuss. I chose City Suburb because of their high positive reviews and body of work the company performs outside of just roofing. They made this process easy, I will hire them again and recommend them to others.

My skylights were a custom size and installed perfectly. The entire crew and management at Dior Constuction are top notch professionals.

Recent Review: My husband and I have never hired a contractor and had no experience with one. We relied on an internet search and others' experiences as well as reviews. Fortunately, we picked the right person in Joe Source, owner of South Shore Installations. We scheduled a estimate for 9:00 in the morning the next day. Joe arrived early, which we took as a good sign. He presented us a folder with all his pertinent information, including license with picture ID, workman's compensation and liability insurance, contractor's license, and 5 star BBB report. He then proceeded to walk the property and take measurements all the while talking to us and asking about what we wanted to be done and offering advice on different possibilities, we found this very helpful. My husband does have knowledge of building materials and asked questions which Joe answered to his (husband's) satisfaction. It was obvious that Joe knew his business. Joe was extremely friendly and easy to discuss issues with, he was not a pressure salesperson. We discussed a budget that we would be comfortable with. Later that evening we received a written estimate via email which was within our budget. Called Joe back the next day to confirm that we wanted him to do the job and within a few days work started. Again Joe and his crew arrived earlier than scheduled. They worked diligently on the demo and only took a 1/2 break at lunchtime. Joe worked shoulder to shoulder with his crew, overseeing all the work and participating. They obviously had worked for a long time together and were like a well-oiled machine. No time was wasted. The whole job including clean-up, which was remarkable took 2 weeks. The only day off was Sundays. They worked through frigid temperatures and occasional snow flurries. In addition, Joe was able to get all the necessary equipment including siding in the color we wanted without a problem with the "supply chain crisis". We highly recommend Joe Source and South Shore Installations. The payment was made when the job was completed. If you are looking for a home improvement company that fulfills their commitment to the homeowner there is none better in our opinion.

Recent Review: Excellent work all round - price, execution, final result. Maxon was the only highly rated roofer on Angie's List I called that seemed to be able to get its head around the complexity of the job. That was not seemingly daunted by the difficulty of the job. Or that might have seen the job as not covering a large enough area of roof, that is was not a big enough job. However, the gutter problem was the main issue, complicated by the fact that it was abutted by a gutter next door that was leaking onto, and into, my house. But Maxon cut through the challenge with a simple, stable solution - and did not see the job as insignificant. I've been amazed every time I look to where I used to have leaks. I would recommend Maxon highly enough to insist that my next door neighbor use Maxon to solve his roof issues. Anyone else would do well, too, to consider this company, and I consider myself very lucky to have found Maxon - given the ongoing roof and gutter issues I've had over the years. As a matter of fact, I'[m about to call Mumtaz right now because of some issues on another part of the house that other roofers have not yet solved.

Recent Review: These guys can do a quality job fast. It took them 2 days to remove 6 layers of roofing material (the original 80 year old asphalt must have been there) and install the new roof. They cleaned up after themselves and took all of the garbage away on day one.

Recent Review: Awesome. The entire crew was professional, friendly, trustworthy. The are experts at their craft. I was consulted and kept informed every step of the way. Suggestions were offered related to quality, price, design - which I totally appreciated. The project was delivered on time. The end result is a beautiful, energy efficient home. It went from the worst house on the block to the envy of the block. I have been using the company for other properties for over 20 years. My loyalty is not only due to their craftsmanship but also to their outstanding customer loyalty. My home flooded during Superstorm Sandy - the owner John called me that morning asking what emergency repairs I needed - he had a crew shortly thereafter repairing my destroyed outside basement door and treating the basement to prevent mold. All of the Dunrite customers in Sandy impacted neighborhoods were treated the same way.

Recent Review: Robinson Painting and Home Improvement has been doing painting and home improvement projects for us for over 10 years. The projects have included painting the outside of the house at least twice, painting most of the rooms inside, renovating a bathroom, renovating the kitchen, installing safety bars when I was coming home from a rehab hospital, reconfiguring the family room including custom carpentry, building a shed for the generator and I’m sure others. They have always delivered what was promised, no surprises. They are meticulous about the quality of work performed.
