Repaired what they came to do. It took them over 1 year to fix the initial problem. Wrong billings, missed dates, service people that did not know how to fix the generator, etc. They worked with me to resolve it but it was tough.

The experience was fine; they came within a couple of days after I called them. They diagnosed my problem right away and had the parts in the truck so they were able to fix it right away.

Our Standby Generator didn't start all the time. It was an error that didn't occur all the time. Steve was able to locate the problem pretty quick and fixed it right away. It was a lose cable in the control box at the generator.

They are super! They came immediately after we requested them, which is a different response than we've received from others. Miguel came out and gave us an estimate and has been great to work with. We had the paneling in the basement removed because of mold, so he's doing the electrical part of the project to repair it. He's also installing a stand-by generator so that our sump-pump will never goes out again! His pricing is very fair.

Excellent job. The owner was able to diagnose the problem with our generator. He made a sound recording and video documenting the problem and sent it to the generator company enabling us to receive new parts under the warranty. Mr. Byrne then installed those parts and fixed the generator. We have since used New Grange for all our electrical needs.

I was very satisfied with my first experience using EPS. Before I called them I did some research on Angies List and on the Generac website. They had excellent reviews so I called them to come and repair my Generac generator. I suspected the starter motor was bad and that was a job I didnt want to tackle myself. The company was very pleasant to work with on the phone for scheduling. On the day of the appointment they provided multiple updates on the ETA of the technician. The technician, Billy, was very knowledgeable and proceeded to diagnose and fix the issue. I was pleased that they had the necessary part on hand. He completed the repair in good time and at reasonable cost. Along the way he provided expert advice on some general maintenance for the generator. I would definitely recommend them to others and reuse them in the future.

They repaired my generator and they did not charge as much. They did as much to keep the price down also giving me alternatives. They were informative on what was going on , what was wrong and broken and what they're doing to fix it. When they left, they even left a bottle of oil that I need to use for the generator. They were very helpful.

The men called me to say they were going to be a little delayed since they were on another job, but they then arrived exactly as they said they would. Then they started to look and check the wiring to find where the fault was located. It took awhile but in the process of elimination (and I guess past experience), the Head electrician located where the problem was (loose and partly burned Al wiring in the panel box) and promptly repaired it. He also fixed up the Panel Box which was in sloppy condition (probably from when the house was built). Since I have Al wiring with pigtails at the connections, the Electrician and his partner fixed and repaired correctly all the Switches and Light connections that they had taken apart to locate the fault. The job was done by experts and I will have them again in the near future to check and repair the Pigtail connections in the rest of my house. Several years ago, the same company installed a whole house natural gas generator in a totally satisfying manner (for me).; THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY AND i WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

The tech came to the house and pick up my generator. He called the next day to advise of the trouble and that it was easily fixed and under warranty! The repair was done, and the tech returned to unit to my home later that week at a mutually convenient time. I was pleasantly surprised as to how well my expectations were managed by the team at Esposito's.

I called Standby Power during an extended power outage because my generator failed and the company that installed my generator 7 years ago was not answering phone or responding to voice mail messages. Standby Power , which also has the name ASTEROID on its service contract, returned my call but I found their service to be dishonest and totally unacceptable. I strongly recommend to stay clear of this company for the following reasons: 1. I believe their prices are inflated. A part they were going to replace for over $300 was replaced for about $100 by another company 2. They were not honest with me and left me with a non-functioning generator. I told them the company that originally installed my generator had looked at it recently but the other company didn't return my phone messages so I asked Standby/Asteroid to come back and fix it. I provided Standby/Asteroid with a list of everything the original company had found wrong with the generator. The scheduling receptionist at Standby/Asteroid assured me that a senior member of their team would come to my home with a more junior technician to diagnose the problem and take it from there. On the scheduled day, the senior person did not come, the technician who came knew nothing about the list of problems the original company provided and then after looking at my generator for about 15 minutes he drove away. When I called Standby/Asteroid they said they would not pick up the problem that another company started. I had clearly indicated the generator needed a major repair and that the original company had also looked at the generator. In short Standby/Asteroid is unreliable and more interested in managing their paperwork then they are in helping customers get their generator fixed.

My house A/C wasn't working properly and I had company coming over. I called Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, and Electric and was able to get service for the next day. They gave me a window and were there at the beginning of the window and even waited for me for a few minutes since I didn't make it to the house in time (usually it's the service provider that I'm waiting for). Danny, the tech, was very courteous and professional. He was able to find the problem and fixed it. Even gave me some advice as to further improvement so that I wouldn't have any problems in the future. I was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment and their promptness. Highly recommend them!

Excellent! Anthony and his crew are always on time, professional, and they work very efficiently. They are great at cleaning up after their work as well. You would never know work had been done anywhere. I have hired Diamond several times and will continue to do so for all of my electrical needs.

I'd highly recommend Brian and Generator Man. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what had happened to my generator how he fixed it and how to properly maintain it going forward.

This company needs a credit card information before they send a technician. The non union technician was billed at $ 177/hr. A 1.5 hour rounded to 2 hr, diagnosis for my 17 KW Generator was initially billed $500.00. (labor) for a technician and an assistant. A ground fault control wire was diagnosed. No estimate for repair was given. No repair was carried out except replacing 5 feet of wire which did not solve the problem. Before you call this company, ask for a fixed diagnostic charge. Not a open ended time and material. Do not give your credit card information ahead of a repair /service request. They will charge you an arm and a leg when the bill comes in the mail.
