Recent Review: First, I have to say that this is by far the best experience in terms of work done in our home. The level of professionalism and the level of the work really surpassed all the expectations we have considering the huge investment we put for this project. My wife wanted to totally remodel her kitchen and we wanted to make sure that the people that did the work were top of the line in terms of quality. When thinking of doing such an extensive and expensive work, you have to be totally sure that you are paying the right people and Magnolia Home Remodeling Group were just that and more. Prior to signing with them we did an extensive research and met with 3 different companies. All of them for the most part offered the same service. What really moved the scale for us in favor of Magnolia was VJ?s presentation. His professionalism throughout the whole process from signing papers/ follow ups and final stage was superb. We are firm believers in the human quality of the people that you bring to your house and VJ really passed that test with flying colors. In terms of the work, I can?t give more compliments to the crew that worked there. These people take their job very seriously. Every detail was carefully done. The level of craftsmanship in every single step was beautifully cared. Another impressive thing about the crew was the humility and eagerness to do every single thing asked. Never was a moment that we asked for something that was not done; and always with a smile. The work was completed a week and a half before the date given. My wife is super happy with her kitchen and can?t wait to have friends over to show it. All in all, If you are thinking about doing any remodeling or major construction, you will find many contractors offering you the moon. If you want the whole package in terms of work, care and professionalism from top to bottom, Magnolia Home Remodeling Group is by far your best option.

Recent Review: They arrived on time with several trucks and got right to work. Put up plastic to minimize dust. The workers were friendly, and worked hard all day. That included moving "stuff" to the middle of the room. I was told there was nothing I had to do. They moved my car from the garage to the driveway, and replaced it when they were finished. Anyone looking for this type of work would be well advised to use this company. The price was right, and service excellent.

Recent Review: Eight years ago we hired Joe Ashley ACJ Remodeling Inc. to install windows and to side our house. Joe and his team did a great job. So when we had a fire at that same location we called Joe who responded immediately and proceeded with an entire house renovation. From the start Joe was supportive & he coordinated a plan to repair our entire house. His team are experts in sheet rocking , taping & painting. They did an excellent job and left the job site neat and organized each day. Joe's tiling expert completed both bathrooms. The results were beyond our expectations. Throughout this whole house renovation Joe was very flexible with any changes that we requested. His workers showed up on time & phone calls were returned promptly. The job was done just the way we wanted. We thank Joe and his team for their excellent work.

Recent Review: Gene provides the highest quality of workmanship and customer service. He doesn't cut corners and he takes care of everything from design, city approval, installation, customization, contacting vendors, and cleanup. We are a family of working professionals and we very much appreciate him being able to do the entire project with little supervision even when our vendors got the parts wrong multiple times. If you want the best, go with Gene.

Recent Review: It was a pleasure working with Jobs For A Handyman. They updated our interior stairwell by removing the black iron ballusters, sanded and stained the existing wood stairwell frame, installed cable railing and installed 2 aluminum handrails. The quality of work they did was excellent. They are very detailed and made sure all the little details were taken care of to ensure the project was completed end to end. For example, there was some downstairs ceiling work that was impacted as a result of removing the ballusters, and they removed, replaced and repainted the ceiling drywall to make sure it looked uniform. I was really happy with their communication. I really appreciated the proactive communications on arrival times, etc., and that they stuck to the schedule we set for returning to do the handrail installations. We found them to be very trustworthy and honest. Their prices were not the cheapest bid we got, but the finished product was well worth what we paid. Thank you very much Elvis and Desmi!

Recent Review: I initially had purchased a Angies List Deal to just have them come in to install the vanity and some small additional tasks. Viktor responded immediately and set up a date for the work. In the meantime, I changed what the scope of the work was and wanted to some additional things in the bathroom. I was pleased enough to recommend the company to my neighbor for her son's apartment.

Recent Review: The ceilings in our living room and dining room were ancient, cracking and peeling under the weight of the heavy texture that had been applied decades ago. The Dunrite crew installed brand new ceilings just below the old ones. The process of running the electrical, applying dry wall, plastering, sanding and painting took even less than the promised five days, and the results are outstanding!

Recent Review: Ivan and his team did an outstanding job. We had water damage from a heavy rain and needed to replace the floor asap. They gave us a very reasonable quote and were able to fit the work into their busy schedule as soon as our flooring was delivered. We also decided to paint the ceiling at the same time the floor was being installed, and they were easily able to accommodate the expansion of the project. Overall, they were great to work with and we would highly recommend this team.

Recent Review: Re-hiring a contractor is in itself a testament to the quality of the work performed. I would not hesitate to use them again if additional work were required. They were professional, on time and on budget. They cleaned the areas at the end of each day. They arrived on time each day and performed quality work. The people who performed the work were courteous and professional.

Recent Review: I had used Robinson's Painting two years ago to paint the exterior of my house and was delighted with the work that was performed. I subsequently rated the company A on Angie's List. As I expected, Robinson did an equally outstanding job on extensive renovations to the interior of my home that recently completed after many months of work. This was a large and expensive project and I could not be more delighted with the result. Robinson provided an early estimate based on a list of requirements that I had developed for the renovation and we were able to track changes to the project tasks and expenses over time, so I had no unwelcome surprises. The standard of work performed in my home is simply outstanding. The millwork in the living room and dining room was done to the highest standards, and the library shelving and other wood-work in the study was beautifully crafted. Robinson also installed wonderful crown moldings ... and in some rooms where the ceiling followed the roofline, this required custom cuts. All the moldings are excellently executed. The remodeled bathroom now has a heated floor, a heated towel rail, exquisite tile detailing, glass-enclosed shower, high-end fixtures with recessed towel and magazine storage. Robinson also happily accommodated the schedule of other vendors working on my home. For example, I had central AC installed and Robinson had to complete certain pre-requisite tasks in order for the AC vendor to do their work. I find Robinson to be an honorable person and very easy to work with. He understands that I want "perfection", and this is what he strives to deliver. In a project of this size, disconnects can happen ... but Robinson is always customer-centric and anxious to "do the right thing" so any issues get settled quickly and amicably. Robinson has a wonderful, talented team supporting him and I got to know them a little over the course of this project. They are efficient, keep the work space tidy and they clean-up every evening before leaving. They take pride in their work and on occasion worked later or on a Saturday in order to get a task completed. They were responsibe and I was happy for them to continue working during the periods when I was away from home. I would not hesitate to recommend Robinson for remodeling or home renovation work. He has transformed my home and everyone who visits has commented on the quality of the work he has performed. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

Recent Review: We have never worked with someone else who is as knowledgeable, clean and pleasant. I can honestly say that if work needs to be done in our home and he isn't available, we are willing to wait. With other people you don't know what kind of service you might get but with him it's above and beyond. We are thankful for all of the help he has given us over the years in maintaining our apartment.
