Recent Review: We got three quotes for the backyard work and Flawless was the only contractor to come on time for the walkthroughs. The 3D rendered pictures provide, for free, were extremely helpful in determining the scope of the work, color of the pavers, and how large to make the new patio. The work was completed on time, in a clean and professional manor, and we could not be happier. We will use them again for the front yard work next year.

Recent Review: If you want exceptional timeline organization, detail oriented project management, unique custom designs and impeccable craftsmanship, this is the company for you. Let me first start off with the glue that holds this company together, our project manager Jay, Jay was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our dreams a reality. We wanted to do some exterior waterproofing around our house and re-do our basement completely. He walked through our entire house and addressed any and all issues he found. He gave us a timeline for the waterproofing and basement remodel of about 3 months time and finished in just under 2 months. Now through this process, we added on a complete remodel of our master bathroom, which did not add any additional time to our timeline. He coordinated time for all the different crews to come in and introduced us to each foreman of each crew. We had a demo crew, a waterproofing/masonry crew, a carpentry crew, a plumbing team, an electrical team and a tile crew. Everyone was on time on the days they were scheduled to be here, pleasant, knowledgable of their trade and always cleaned up before they left. Jay was either on site or available via phone and email every day of the job. He always knew what was going on and went above and beyond to make us happy. On top of the amazing customer service and project management, the end results of the actual work done were amazing! Brian and Dale the electricians were amazing, Lou the plumber was fantastic, the tile guys were intricate with every detail and did the most breathtaking tile designs, and every other tradesman Jay brought in was wonderful. So in the end, we got complete waterproofing around the perimeter of the house, a new Cambridge Stone patio in the yard, new concrete walkways and stairs on the exterior of the house, a complete basement remodel including a laundry room, pantry, cedar closet, powder room and (2) multi purpose rooms with the addition of recessed lights in every room. After seeing the progress made in such a short amount of time and the quality of workmanship, we decided to go ahead and re-do the entire master bathroom which included all new plumbing, electrical and an expansion of the original small shower and a built in shower bench. Jay and his guys (especially Lou and Brian) made us feel extremely comfortable and totally at ease with the work being done. They did not leave our home until everything was perfect and to our liking. We will be using them for any home remodels in the future. We highly recommend you give them a shot.

Recent Review: We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. Love this company!

Recent Review: JB General Contracting is amazing! Joe is a gentleman and advises you what you need and nothing more. Joe makes suggestions upon his experience and knowledge of the Job. His team of construction workers are very knowledgeable and professional, they speak very nice to you, they clean up after themselves, they measure and keep checking over their work, and make sure everything is right to the customers satisfaction. My backyard was very uneven and a lot of high and low elevations. JB’s team straightened everything out and is perfect now. I’m a neighborhood person and I highly recommend this company! Thank you JB!
